the client has approved of the mockup, additional fees will be charged for revisions made
after this fact. For the mock up, the maximum number of free revision is two (2). If the client
wants more, then he/she will be charged additional fees.

• 200.00 php, if the revisions will be made after the first mockup has been approved.

Before the printing starts, 50% down payment shall be paid by the client upon signing the
letter of agreement and handing the mockup of the product.

Cancellation of order can be made that entails fee of the following:

• 300.00 PhP fee if the design has been made and the order is cancelled for any reason.
• 50% of the final fee is due if the printing has already started and the order is cancelled
for any reason.
• 100% of the total fee is due despite cancellation if the product has been completed.
This agreement comes effective upon signing the letter until the business transaction is done.
The letter contains the agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter. No
promise or condition not contained in the letter is binding. If any term is held invalid or
unenforceable, then the remainder of the agreement should remain in effect. No modification
of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
