First we would like to express our gratitude to our almighty GOD for enabling us to complete
First I would like to express my endless gratitude to the lord for his incredible peace, grace
protection and provision that have been unfailing. Secondly, I would like to thank and appreciate
the perpetual support and guidance I have got from my mentor Mr. Edom T. who contacted me
in every problem I faced and also made this internship a success by sharing his time experience
and knowledge. Beside this, he was more than a mentor for us, more like a friend, sharing us
everything he believes that we have to know with a welcoming and a pleasant approach. Finally I
would like to thank my advisor, Mr. Abera. for his advice and supervision.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We did our internship at ICT office in Wollo University Dessie campus the section of the office
that is responsible for the network installation for some department, under the supervision of our
ICT office supervisor. ICT office in Wollo University Dessie campus aims to provide complete
and quality service by assembling a team of qualified professionals in the office and is an office
that is committed to delivering high quality work within the time prescribed. The work of the
office is to advance the Practice of network installation to the department who hasn’t internet
access in the campus. We started doing our intern ship practice by identifying internet cable and
finally our internship practices will stop by working project for this company.
