Measurement & Assessment Activities for Individual Quizzes, pop quizzes. Performance Measurement & Assessment Activities for Group Evaluation forms can be given about the performance of the group Performance members. Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan Firstly, teacher enters the class and says hi, then asks questions to students in order to determine whether or not the students have learnt the four properties of addition, namely identity, commutativity, associativity, and inverse property for make additional operations and five properties, namely identity, inverse, commutativity, associativity, distributive properties for multiplication. If the students have enough knowledge to solve questions, then the whole class begins activities which are prepared by using Infographic and Survey. Before the students begin to solve questions, the teacher makes them groups and explaines how they can use Infographic and Survey. While the students doing activities, the teacher observes them in order to decide the students’ level of knowledge. As a result of observations during the activity, the teacher can make the questions difficult and easier by using gearing up or gearing down methods. At the end of the lesson, some students who are chosen randomly solve questions on the board. As a plan B, the teacher can use worksheets which includes all questions on Infographic and Survey so that students can solve these questions.
