Space to set up a 10m running track
Measuring tape, at least 10m long
Cones to mark out the start, mid-point and end of your running track
Slow-motion video recording app installed on your device of choice
Stopwatch.

Safety Considerations/Materials
- Ensure there is enough space between students whilst sprinting to avoid collisions.
- The area clear of obstacles.
- Equipment set up appropriately.
Assessment
- Maintain observational assessment to ensure students adequately grasp skills learnt in lesson.
- Provide verbal feedback throughout activities and encourage peer review.
- Utilise informal verbal feedback during and in-between transitions of activities.
