II. RATIONALE

Paskomunidad is an annual activity of Labangal National High school. In this

activity, teachers give a helping hand to the less fortunate students for Christmas
is a time for gift giving.

According to Region Memorandum Order no.22 s.2019 titled

“PASKOMUNIDAD” “ONE SOCCSKARGEN: Sama-sama sa Pagbangon
Para Sa Edukasyon,” all government officials and teachers are directed to
decide an alternative ways of celebrating Christmas other than holding lavish
parties and exchanging expensive gifts. Number 3.5 in the said memorandum
includes special day with the teachers and learners of IP, Madrasah, Multigrade,
Special Education, ALS schools and learning centers.

In connection with this, the Grade 7, 9, and 10 Curriculum will be conducting

a Special day for Teachers and IP students and their parents. The IP students
together with their parents will be receiving Christmas presents that brings the
true spirit of Christmas.
III. OBJECTIVES

This activity aims to:

1. Reach the goal of extending assistance to IP students and their parents to

address absenteeism and increase the enrolment of the IP students.
2. Develop among learners and teachers the strong desire to serve the
country and work for its betterment by exhibiting exemplary actions
through donations and volunteerism.

IV. EXPECTED OUTPUT

At least 35 IP students of Labangal National High School and their parents

will receive Christmas presents and free snacks from the Grade 7,9, and 10
curriculum.
