Agreement for staying on job for specified Term

I, Muhammad Aziz s/o Muhammad Tariq employed at Limton Customer Care Central Office (Level 05, Shahnaz Arcade Shaheed –e- Millat Road, Karachi)
as an Software Support Engineer in Software Support Team of System Support Department, agree that I shall work permanently with Limton Customer Care
for at least a period of 1 year (12 months), effective from August 17, 2015 under the following terms & conditions;-

1. I understand that the company has and will invest on my training and development in due course of time; deploying internal and external resources, as
deemed necessary.

2. I understand that the training and development will be beneficial for my own growth as well as beneficial to the company’s interests.

3. I understand that the company is associating great responsibility with my position and has set its own working strategy for the same.

4. I agree to work with diligence to constructively utilize the efforts the company has and will put in me for mutual benefit.

5. I agree to submit to the Company my Matric transcript in original till the time period of the contract.

6. I agree to submit to the Company my Aptech’s original ACCP Pro Certificates for a period of 8 months.

7. I agree not to provide any personal services to clients as it can harm Limton and its clients and the Company reserves the right to take action against
myself if it’s found.

8. I agree not to misuse the time, in any way, that I have agreed to work in Limton.

9. I understand that incase I leave the company before the contract term ends, I will have to provide resignation letter, with 60 days’ notice period i.e. 60
days before the resignation effective date and will hand over all my tasks and responsibilities to another person, up to the satisfaction of my immediate
supervisor / HOD.

10. I understand that if I leave without handing over all my tasks and responsibilities, I will have to pay the company my 1 month salary x “B” months -
where B is number of months left to completion of my contract term.

11. I understand that the amount will have to be paid by myself within 30 days of my leaving the company.

12. I understand that if during my stay in Limton, I am found of any wrong doing, the company can terminate my job w.e.f and all my dues will lapse.

13. I understand that incase of any violation of this agreement, from my side, the company reserves the right to take disciplinary action against me.

14. I understand that if I work with full responsibility, loyalty and achieve good results, my association with Limton can stretch even beyond the agreed term
of this contract.
