STATEMENT OF OHS RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement company Occupational Health Safety and Rehabilitation procedures with respect to plant and
equipment.

Ensure safe equipment and plant is provided and maintained.

Identify training needs for operators of company plant.

Review safety / plant maintenance reports and initiate rectification where necessary.

When planning the works identify the OHSR&E training needs of all personnel involved in the project.

Assist the Project Leading Hand to assess the capabilities of employees and subcontractors and ensure they meet
OHSR&E requirements throughout the duration of Intraforce Technologies works.

Understand, comply and promote Intraforce Technologies Safety policies

PROJECT LEADING HAND

i. Responsible for and implement the company OHSR&E procedures on the site fulfilling the role of company
OHSR&E representative on site.

ii. Observe all OHS requirements and statutory rules and regulations and ensure they are met in the workplace.

iii. Identify and assess the hazards associated with the works to be undertaken by INTRAFORCE
TECHNOLOGIES, and document the control measures to be taken.

iv. Review and revise JSA’s, Safe Work Method Statements and Works Procedures as appropriate during
planning and execution of the works and advise the appropriate person where modification to SWMS’s is
necessary.

v. Ensure Site Safety Rules are clearly displayed, available to and explained to all INTRAFORCE
TECHNOLOGIES site workforce and subcontractors.

vi. Participate in and report on accident / incident investigations and safety inspections in accordance with
legislation and company procedures.

vii. Participate in safety meetings and programmes

viii. Monitor compliance with safe work methods.

ix. Assess the capabilities of employees and subcontractors and ensure they meet OHSR&E requirements
throughout the duration of INTRAFORCE TECHNOLOGIES works and advise Construction Manager of any
training needs identified.

x. Communicate OHSR&E information to all client, company and subcontractor/supplier personnel at the work
site, and communicate with INTRAFORCE TECHNOLOGIES and OHSR&E Workplace Committees of other
parties to the project.

xi. Ensure that all Company and Subcontractor personnel hold the relevant certification of having attended an
appropriate General Industry Safety Induction before commencing work

xii. Conduct and document site specific induction, work activity training and toolbox talks

xiii. Set a personal example in accident free working and create an interest in accident prevention in all site
personnel.

xiv. Implement the procedures established in this Plan and be fully aware of the applicable Safety Plan and its
applied operating procedures.

xv. Contribute towards a tidy and orderly work site and ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained
at all times.

xvi. Discourage any horseplay and act promptly and firmly to prevent behaviour that may lead to an accident.

ALL EMPLOYEES

i. Take responsibility for your own OHS in the work you undertake and carry out all activities with regard to the
OHS of others.

ii. Identify, assess and take corrective action to minimise the hazards associated with the works to be undertaken
by INTRAFORCE TECHNOLOGIES.

iii. Discuss any concerns about the work to be undertaken with your supervisor before performing the works.

iv. Ensure company OHSR&E procedures, Safe Work Method Statements and Site Safety Rules are followed.

v. Assess your own capabilities to perform work allocated to you and advise supervisor where training is required.

vi. Ensure acceptable standards of housekeeping are met and maintained.

vii. Keep the workplace well organised and tidy by establishing suitable lay down areas and rubbish removal
procedures.

viii. Attend and participate in site specific induction and work activity training, tool box talks etc.

ix. Report Accidents and incidents in accordance with legislation and company procedures.

x. Be aware of all Statutory Authority Regulations, Acts, Codes, Licences and special requirements and ensure
your adherence to these.

xi. Understand, comply and promote OHSR&E management policies.
