Citi 5X Rewards Points Promo

1. The Promo (“Promo”) is open to all Citi Core Platinum Visa and Citi Rewards Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose
credit cards were issued by Citibank, N.A. – Philippine Branch, are active and in good credit standing, and who are
not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in
or qualifying for this Promo.

2. The Promo is valid November 29, 2019 only.

3. Cardholders will earn 5X Bonus Points on their Citi Rewards Card on Shopping and Dining categories only.

Bonus Points from Promo 1,000 x 3.33% x 2 66.6
Total Points Earned for the Shopping Spend 166

4. Bonus points will be awarded on November 29, 2019 for the Shopping and Dining categories:

Qualified shopping/retail, department store and dining purchases are defined as those transactions that fall under the
specific merchant category codes (MCC) as indicated below:

5. The Bonus Points are rounded-off to the nearest whole number.

6. The Bonus Points will be credited once transaction has been posted to the Cardholder’s account.

7. There is no cap on the number of Bonus Points that can be earned on the qualified transactions.

8. The following transactions will NOT qualify for the Promo: non-shopping, non-retail, non- department store, grocery
transactions, Call for Cash, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Paylite After Purchase, PayLite,
One Bill transactions, auto-debit transactions, credit card fees and charges, Citi Card Protection/ Credit Shield,
Citibank Online payments, transactions for business purposes or for non-personal purposes, and transactions that
are subsequently canceled or refunded.

9. The supplementary cardholder/s’ Points shall be aggregated with the Principal Cardholder’s Bonus Points across
all the Principal Cardholder’s Cards in order to compute for the Principal Cardholder’s total Bonus Points.. The
supplementary cardholder’s spend shall not earn any Bonus Points separate from the Principal Cardholder.

10. All Points earned by the Supplementary Cardholder during the Promo will be awarded to the Principal Cardholder.
11. By accepting and/or using the Offers, the Cardholder agrees to hold Citi free and harmless from any loss, injury,
or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her
acceptance and/or use of the Offers.

12. The Promo offers are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services nor allowed
as payment for the Card dues.

13. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, etc., Citi’s decision will prevail. All
questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.

14. All transactions are subject to the Citi Card Agreement and all related provisions of the Citi ThankYou Rewards
Program Terms and Conditions.
