The Clair de Lune String Ensemble will unite and serenade again the crowd of music lovers in their first major
fund raising concert entitled “BulSU Summer Music Fest” featuring Orange and Lemons and other bands on
May 23, 2018 at the Bulacan State University Campus Ground at Bustos, Bulacan.

The Clair de Lune was founded last October 31, 2013 and started with 20 members with mostly violin players
because some instruments are very hard for us to avail. We are conducting this concert to raise funds to buy
another orchestral instruments like cello, double bass and percussions and we are aiming to become a full
symphony orchestra or chamber orchestra someday.

We are expecting more than 2,000 crowd and this will be open to the public. They will be treated to a musical
performance of Clair De Lune and a variety of local bands. Joining the bill is the Orange & Lemons, a famous
Bulacan based group critically acclaimed for their compositions like PBB theme Pinoy Ako, Hanggang Kailan,
Heaven Knows and many more.

Equipped with our aims and ambition to become the first orchestra to be formed here in Bulacan, we are
confident that we are offering you the best on-ground values for your products. We are looking forward to

CO-PRESENTOR

As Co-Presentor, your company will enjoy the following benefits:

1. Major Billing of Company name and logo in press kits and promotional materials:

a. Print & Online Ads

2. During the concert, your Company:

a. Will be acknowledged before, during and after the shows. 

b. Name and logo will be included in the AVP production. 

c. Name and logo will be placed in the big banner backdrop. 

d. Jingle (if any) will be played back before and after the function and will be included in the
live credits. 

 e. May display your advertising materials (i.e. posters and banners) within the 
 event
premises. 

f. Representatives may distribute its promotional materials at the venue. 

g. May set up a booth display and sell products or conduct on-site product
 sampling
h. Will receive copies of all promotional materials of the event. 

i. Is entitled to (10) VIP tickets.
j. Short privilege speech on the event

3. Free entertainment by The Clair De Lune Ensemble (subject to artist availability) for a maximum
of one (2) company event. This entitlement will be in force for one (1) year, effective the day
after our agreement is signed.

We will need a sound system for our event and a stage platform and in exchange, your company
will enjoy all the co-presentor privilege and can get a certain portion of our ticket sales. We are planning
to include a Globe/TM sim card for each ticket sold and we are targeting more than 2,000 tickets sales
for the event.
