GUENEVERE F. REYES, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Portabello, Dau,
Mabalacat Pampanga, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. To transact, communicate, sign in my behalf, receive and follow-up all my papers and documents
with regards to my request for authentication and process my POLICE CLEANRANCE given by
KOREAN NATIONAL POLICE concerning government official for my retiree visa. .

2. To submit additional papers and requirements as may needed by the DEPARTMENT OF

FOREIGN AFFAIRS and other concerned government agency in connection with the processing
of my above-mentioned;

3. To sign, execute and acknowledge any and all documents, papers, necessary, required or proper in
connection with or in relation to such duties or functions.

GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present; and HEREBY
