Oil MAZUT M100 GOST 10585 / 75 as pe r the specification and the quantity and for
the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below:

ORIGIN: Russian Federation
QUANTITY: Monthly quantity: 50,000MT/Ship x2 =100,000 Metric Ton /month (+/- 5%)
Total quantity: 1,200.000 Metric Ton/one year(+/- 5%)
TERM OF DELIVERY: Twice ship per Monthly (50,000MT/SHIP x 2)
DELIVERY TIME: Up to 20-25 working days from date of Seller' receipt of the acceptable
operative payment instrument.
DURATION: 12 months-one year (+-5%)
INCOTERM: C.I.F./China Port

FIXED PRICE: USD 261$/ MT
DESTINATION PORT: TIANJIN PORT, CHINA
SPECIFICATION: AS APPENDIX 1
INSPECTION: SGS, CIQ or Similar by Seller at loading port and SGS or CIQ by Buyer at
discharging port
SGS/CIQ at Port of Discharge which would be considered as final legal document
PAYMENT TERM: By Irrevocable,DLC Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of

Credit by top World Bank as security for each shipme nt.

The payment of the goods will be paid by wire telegraphic transfer

(MT103/TT) upon completion of Discharge into the Buyer’s Discharge
Port and after SGS/CIQ inspection at Discharge Port .
PERFORMANCE BOND: A Irrevocable non-operative transferable Performance Bond 2% of

L/C value amount via MT103/23, to reach the buyer’s bank account
before the issuing of the DLC to active 2% non-operative PB.

1. Buyer issue to Seller an official ICPO with full buyer banking details.
2. Seller confirms acceptance of ICPO by signing, dating and sending FCO and Draft contract which is
open for amedment to Buyer

MAZUT 100 GOST 10585-75, THE AMOUNT OF UNITED STATES DOLLARS XXXXXXXXX ONLY
(USDXXXXXXX), IN ACCOUNT NUMBER----XXXXXXXXX
RECEIVING THE 2PCT NON-OPERATIVE PB (ABOUT USD XXXXXX) OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF L/C
AMOUNT BY SWIFT FROM SELLER NOMINATED BANK WITHIN XX BANKING DAYS, OUR CLIENT XXX,
SHALL APPLY FOR ISSUE THE IRREVOCABLE OPERATIVE TRANSFER ONCE DOCUMENTARY LC WITH
XXXX ONLY (USDXXXXXXXXX) UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND XX DAYS’ VALIDITY VIA MT700 BY
SWIFT TO SELLER NOMINATED BANK TO ACTIVE 2PCT NON-OPERATIVE PB TO BECOME ACTIVE.
3.Buyer returns the signed draft contract with necessary amendment if any.
4. Both Parties Lodges their copies of the Contract with their respective Banks.
5. After signing the contract, within 5 banking days, Seller instructs Seller nominated bank to issue
2% Performance Bond of Irrevocable Non-operative Transferable via MT-103/ 23 the context of
which is subject to Buyer approval and Proof of Product By swift to Buyer’s Bank
6.Meanwhile, Seller shall send the POP with Buyer’s Name in PDF format via linkage to Buyer.
7.Receiving 2% Irrevocable Non-Operative Transferable Performance Bond via MT-103/ 23 and

Proof of Product by SWIFT from Seller nominated bank, within 15 banking days, buyer shall instruct
buyer bank to issue Irrevocable Non-Transferable Operative Documentary DLC with trail shipment
value amount and 45 days’ validity by SWIFT to Seller nominated bank to activate 2% Performance
Bond of Irrevocable Non-Operative Transferable via MT-103/ 23 to become Operative.
8. Seller's bank issues through swift the full set of proof of product (Full POP) to Buyer’s Bank.
9.The trial shipment commences as per contract. The shipment should Arrive at Buyer’s Discharge
Port within 20 to 25 days.

10. Buyer release payment via TT/MT103 to the seller’s nominated bank Account after completion
of discharge into the Buyer’s Discharge Port and completion of SGS/CIQ inspection at discharge port.
Note:
1. Buyer shall be issue two Irrevocable Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit via DLC
with validity of 45 days for one month to Seller nominated Bank, each Irrevocable Non-
Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit with trail shipment value amount USD$320 x
50,000MT.
2. Receiving the two 2% Irrevocable Non-Operative Transferable Performance Bond via

MT103/23 from seller’s bank, buyer’s bank issue two Irrevocable Non-Transferable
Documentary Letter of Credit to active 2% irrevocable non-operative transferable
performance bond to become operative.
