appointed as an external practical examiner in the subject 054 (BUSINESS STUDIES)
& alloted Examiner No. 0550917 for conduct of Practical examination of

The appointment & other information related to conduct of practical be


kept strictly confidential and examination be conducted strictly in accordance
with the instructions issued by the Board / Regional Office. The practical
examination should be conducted on a mutually decided date between the period
of 16.01.2019 to 15.02.2019. The detailed guidelines and other material for
conduct of Practical exam are being supplied to the Principal of the concerned
school. The Practical exam be conducted with the assistance of internal
examiner / subject teacher and other functionaries of the school concerned
as per guidelines.

If the number of the candidates is more & can not be examined in one
batch as per norms, the same may be divided in two batches as per provisions
in consultation with the Principal of the school & practical eaxmination be
conducted accordingly. However each batch should consist of at least 20-25
candidates depending upon the size of the laboratory and facilities available
at the school.

Like previous years, submission of practical marks will be online and


the marks will be uploaded by using the concerned school login ID with the
help of the internal examiner. Two hard copies of filled in practical
awardlist will be generated after all online entries have been made. The
external and internal examiner will sign both the copies with examiner no.&
name. One copy of the awardlist so generated duly singed & sealed will be
Speed Posted /or handed over to this office also. The other copy of the award
list and packet of Practical answer scripts will be signed & sealed by you &
handed over to concerned school Principal for onwards transmission to this
office immediately.

The window for uploading of practical marks shall be kept open till
such time the marks of all the candidates have been uploaded. The marks once
entered and finalised will not be available for editing. Any correction in the
marks at a later stage can be done only by this office. Both the Examiners
(external/internal), must ensure that marks should be entered against correct
Roll numbers. Lapse in uploading of marks will be viewed seriously and action
as per rule be initiated against the teacher(s) concerned.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO GO THROUGH THE INSTRUCTION LAID DOWN IN THE ENCLOSED
PRACTICAL GUIDLINES TO AVOID ANY COMPLICATION AT A LATER STAGE.

IN CASE A CANDIDATE WISHES TO RETAIN HIS/HER PREVIOUS YEAR 2018 EXAM (the
valadity of retention of practical marks is one year) PRACTICAL MARKS THEN
PREVIOUS YEAR MARKS SHALL BE UPLOADED & COPY OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR MARK SHEET
WITH 2019 ROLL NO. ENTERED ON FACE OF IT BE SENT ALONG WITH THE HARD COPY OF
GENERATED PRACTICAL AWARD LIST. Please note that the Practical examination
must be conducted strictly as per the Guidelines and provisions meant for
conduct of Practical examinations for Senior Secondary (Class XII) examination
2019 and as per syllabi & course. Under no circumstances own system/procedure
be adopted.

The participation in Board’s Examiantion related work is compulsory as per


provisions of Affiliation / Examination bye-laws of the Board. Thus under no
circumstances refusal of assignment will be accepted, except in the extreame
emergency which shall be justified by documentary evidence alongwith
recommendation of the Principal with suitable replacement. However no request
for replacement will be entertained after 15 days of receipt of this letter.
