My enablers of passion as I refer into my mind map is that first I wrote my purpose in

life .Why? because in here ,I want to know in myself what is my purpose in life as a human being. We
created in the image of God that every individual person has a role or purpose in life. As enablers of
passion, I choose a teacher as my profession because when I was still a grade school, my ambition then
is to become a teacher someday. As I grow up, my ambition then, turn into reality despite our lack of
financial things before. I study hard through the help of my relatives so that I can reached my ambition
in life. As an educator and mentor, I want that God be the center of achieving all my aspiration in life
because without God I am not in the position where I am right now. Another dream in my life is I want
to see my two children finish their studies to become successful in their own carreer someday .My
family is one of the reason also as guiding star in fulfilling my dreams to become a teacher because they
served as one of my inspiration and guide me through to achjeved all of this. My co-workers are one
factor also in my enablers, because they reminded me that I can achieved my dreams through their
encouragement and advices .One important enablers of my passion to complete my mind map are the
learners which are the center of our profession for without them, teaching is not possible. We should
love our learners as we love ourself. Our learners are the main ingredients in our menu. Why? They
complete us and and look up as their second parents in school. We should do our very best to them not
only in the four corners of our room but even outside the school, in the community as well.

For me, well as a teacher, I want my students to remember me even in a little way as an
exceptional teacher by advicing them well, showcase all my knowledge to them and be the best
teacher to the best of my capabilities, abilities and by being understanding in all aspect of their life. I
would treat and love them equally regardless of their gender. Because I believed, that in education we
are fair and same. As an exceptional teacher we must obtain to treat each other with respect and dignity
no matter what gender the learners are .Be the teacher who is kind, generous, shares ,gives and most
especially love your learners unconditionally. Indeed, this is one factor to consider yourself as an
exceptional teacher. It’s not about your classroom management or having the right rules that matters
,but it’s about how you deal with your learners and it’s about having a good and right relationship.

My first action plan is, I want to improve the reading difficulties of my learners. My
objective is to develop their reading skills and to improve the reading ability of the emergent pupils.
How can I action this? By giving remedial reading, parents should follow up them at home and peer
tutoring. The teachers ,and other teachers in the school together with the parents of the pupils or
learners should accountable or responsible for this. I hope this is possible if parents and teachers
cooperate well with each other.

Second action plan is to know why learners are having truancy behaviour. My objective
is to know the reason, causes of their truancy behaviour. The action that has a possible solution to these
problem are know the problem of the child, the distance of the school from her or his school, research a
study if the learner has a history of sickness because this is one reason in not coming to school. Home
visitation is one action for this problem. Another reason for being absenteeism in class is that lack of
money. If the parents are jobless or no work at all and the learners does not want to attend school. And
another cause is the lack of attention from their parents ,If the parents are too busy in their business
and the learners need love, care and attention and the parents are away that a reason that the learners
are not interested to study. The parents need to follow up thei children in going to school so that this
absenteeism is will be avoided.Teachers should accountable also as their second parent in school so that
the flow of the education of the learners will be put to success.
 Lastly, my steps or changes I want to do is to develop a good relationship with my
students or learners in attaining all their dreams in life so that everyone will be happy in their own
profession and be a good citizen of the community and the world as well. Indeed, this journey become
possible if a teacher and a learner ill hand in hand in achieving all this endeavour. It is a manifestation
that as an enabler of passion we must love our work resiliently, unconditionally , devotedly, faithfully
and embrace what God give to us as our vocation. A vocation that we should love teaching for infinity
and beyond.
