google chrome or Firefox browsers and type apcoopccms.in in the browser’s
address bar and click enter. The portal will be opened as shown below;

Please type the User Name and Password provided by the Administrator i.e., PMC

Should you have forgot the password, you can click on “Forgot your password?”
link to reset your password. Email and SMS will be sent by the portal to the
registered email and mobile number of the users.
Note:- Some-times due to SPAM Policies by the ISP from time to time, the email
may drop in your SPAM folder, so please check in the SPAM folder and click this
email as NOT SPAM so that future emails will land in INBOX only.

Dashboard
The functionalities which can be accessed from side panel of the dashboard are as
follows;
Step-1 - Dashboard
Edit Case Details: One Place to edit case details, search case and attend any of
the other functionalities in this module;
User needs to type first 2 digits of the case number text field, so that matching
cases will be populated in the dropdown list. Then click on the required case to
get the options.
After selecting the required case, page populate the case details as bellow, where
user can click on the buttons required to act in that selected case;
Select “Details” to edit Case details like Case Number & Year, Petitioner &
Respondent details, Case File Mapping, Case District / Division / Sub-Division
mapping.
Select “Status” to add/edit the Case Hearing Status / Case Diary Details like Date
of Next Hearing, Update Status of hearing.
Add New Case: This functionality is meant for adding new case viz., Writ Petition
in High Court, Original Application in APCT, Original Application in any Local Courts,
Special Leave Petitions in Supreme Court. The MP – Miscellaneous Petition which
is a Interim Order should not be entered here. The main case only should be added
in this functionality. A detailed narration on how to add the case is placed in
forgoing pages.
Add Case Diary: This functionality is meant for adding case hearing status on
every date of hearing of the case. A detailed narration on how to add the case is
placed in forgoing pages.
Add Counter Affidavit: This functionality is meant for adding Date of Parawise
Remarks submitted to GP and his approval, Date of submission of Fair Counter to
GP and filing before the Court by GP. A detailed narration on how to add the case
is placed in forgoing pages.
Add Interim Order: This functionality is meant for adding Interim Order details
and conditions if any prescribed in the Interim Order. A detailed narration on how
to add the case is placed in forgoing pages.
Add Judgement Details: This functionality is meant for adding judgement order
details for the cases which are disposed or dismissed. Once the cases are updated
by the judgement details, these will be shown as closed and will not be reflected
in Pending Cases. A detailed narration on how to add the case is placed in forgoing
pages.
Add Interim Order Follow-up: This functionality is meant for adding Follow-up
actions on the Interim Orders like date of completion of stayed time in the Interim
Orders. A detailed narration on how to add the case is placed in forgoing pages.
Add Contempt Case: This functionality is meant for adding Contempt Cases. User
needs to provide lower case details to enter the data regarding Contempt case.
Either Judgement Order or Interim Order in Lower Case is mandatory.
Add Appeal Case: This functionality is meant for adding Appeal Cases. User needs
to provide lower case details to enter the data regarding Appeal case. Judgement
Order in Lower Case is mandatory.
Add Revision Case: This functionality is meant for adding Revision/ Review Cases.
User needs to provide lower case details to enter the data regarding Revision /
Review case. Judgement Order in Lower Case is mandatory.

Step-3 – Reports
This module is for reports. As per the provided
requirement presently a summary report to reflect
only count of cases district-wise and court-wise
and a case-wise report is provided. Further, every
count in the summary report is provided with click
event on drilldown method to see the details till
the case level.
Step-6 – Support
This module is flexible popup for support from our
support team on live basis. User can chat with us
on live to get their queries rectified on time.
