KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

NECSON PRECONCILLO SORIANOSOS, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married

to DALISAY SORIANOSOS and resident of Brgy. Mansaya, Iloilo City hereinafter
referred to as the SELLER
-AND-

RAMONITO G. APELLIDO married to ROMELA M. APELLIDO of legal ages,

both Filipino and with residence and postal at Calinog, Iloilo hereinafter referred to as the
BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the awardee of Blk 7 Lot 14, PSD-06-062758 Bo.
Obrero Project located at Bo. Obrero, Iloilo City by the National Housing Authority with
a total area of Thriteen (13) square meters more or less.

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the
above mentioned property for the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
(Php100,000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED

THOUSAND (Php100,000.00 ) PESOS Philippine Currency, hand paid by the buyer to
the seller, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of
Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land
together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of
whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale

SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto
the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land together with all the
improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature
including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale

I, NECSON PRECONCILLO SORIANOSOS of legal age,, Filipino, married to

Dalisay Sorianos with postal Brgy. Mansaya, Iloilo City after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with, hereby depose and say:

That I am the awardee of Blk 7 Lot 14, PSD-06-062758 Bo. Obrero Project
located at Bo. Obrero, Iloilo City by the National Housing Authority with a total area of
Thriteen (13) square meters more or less.

That I am no longer interested to the said lot and I desire to transfer the same to
other person;

That such as, I am waiving all my rights, interest and participation over the same in
favor of RAMONITO G. APELLIDO married to ROMELA M. APELLIDO of legal
ages, both Filipino and with residence and postal at Calinog, Iloilo
