In the event TCL SUN INC rent the unit for additional 1 year the freight cost amounting to Php55,000.00 from Cebu or
Iloilo - Manila is already waived.

Terms and Conditions:

A. VEHICLE
- The vehicle is supplied with full tank of fuel, and is refilled at the renter's expense upon return,otherwise, it will be
charged to the renter based on the fuel gauge plus service charge.

- The vehicle is fitted with air conditioning and manufacturers standard accessories

B. RATES INCLUSIONS
- Service / Maintenance Coverage
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance
- Unlimited mileage

C. INSURANCE
- Comprehensive Insurance
- In case of accident, a participation fee equivalent to 1% of the total insured valuefor each blameworthy claim
- Please provide original copy of Police Report and photocopy of driver's license within 48 hoursafter the incident,
otherwise, total cost of damage will be charged including downtime.

D. COST EXCLUSION
- Toll fees and Parking fees
- 12% Value Added Tax (VAT)
E. DRIVER’S SERVICES

The Chauffeur Driven Services is up to a maximum of nine (9) hours daily Mondays – Fridays. Any hours in excess of the agreed
working time will be charged as overtime

F. TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Thirty (30) days upon receipt of the billing statement
- Two (2) months advance applicable to the last month of the term

G. PENALTY CHARGES
- Should the Renter failed to pay on the specified due dates, a corresponding penalty charges will
be imposed equivalent to 2% of the total amount.

H. EARLY TERMINATION PENALTY CLAUSE

- Should a lease be pre-terminated, Lessee is liable to pay the total rent for the whole period of the agreed term.

Notes:

1) Except when vehicle is driven by a Hertz Chauffeur, the LESSEE is responsible and will shoulder the Deductible Franchise
equivalent to 1% of the vehicle’s insured value in the event of loss or total damage of the lease vehicle. Above proposal and
schedule is subject to the terms and conditions of the lease master agreement which follows upon acceptance on above.
2) Approval of Lease shall require company profile, SEC Reg., Past 3 years audited financial statements, list of suppliers with
contact numbers /person.
3) Rates are valid thirty (30) days only from the date of this proposal.
