ABOUT DR. FIXIT
Dr. Fixit is the market leader in waterproofing industry and a pioneer in developing products which make
your work better and offer lasting solutions to your customer. Each product under the Dr. Fixit brand is
meant for a different application area, with ease of application being the USP of each one of them.
This Loyalty Program covers a range of products from Dr. Fixit, so being a part of this Program will entitle
you to a host of rewards, depending on the points earned. The point system is designed in such a way that
you can earn more points based on your usage. As you purchase more, you will earn more points enabling
you to move up the ladder from Special Club to Premier Club & Elite Club. For updating your points

HOW DO I REGISTER?
¬ All the Members of earlier Loyalty Programme (Coat & Fly) will be automatically enrolled in
Champion Waterproofers.
¬ New members can be registered, by filling in a simple form and handing over the completed form
to our Sales Representative. Please call Dr. Fixit Advice Center @ 1800 209 5504, to get details of our
Sales Representative.
¬ If point updates are received from Unregistered members, our representatives will get in touch with
you and ask for your details within 2 working days.
¬ After validation of the information furnished and subject to meeting the eligibility criterion, you will
be enrolled in Champion Waterproofers.

1. Champion Waterproofers is valid from 1st January 2015 to 31st Dec 2015.
2. Points are valid only till 31st December 2015.
3. Only registered Applicators / Contractors in the Loyalty Programme are eligible for gifts.
4. The Applicator/Contractor agrees to furnish details of sites where the Products under the scheme would be applied/would have been
applied. Such details shall be furnished by the Applicator/Contractor as soon as a requisition has been received from Pidilite Industries

ltd. Such details may be used by the Company for verification. The Company will be entitled to verify with the Customer the details of
application including but not limited to work carried out by the Applicator / Contractor the details.
5. All the registration formalities have to be strictly adhered to ensure qualification as per Company norms. Registration of any contractor is
at the discretion of the company & it will be done after validation of credentials of contractors by Company officials.
6. Contractor has to use the scratch coupon on the pack to scratch & send the code by SMS or Call to 9223192020. The points will be
updated only after receipt of SMS/ call from registered mobile phone of contractor.
7. The Contractor / applicator has no objection in receiving trade and promotional offers vide SMS and calls.
8. Random site checks will be done to verify if the quantity/quality of products applied is in line with the specifications mentioned on the
Products. In case of any discrepancy, the Applicator / Contractor, at the discretion of the Company will be disqualified from scheme. The
Company shall be entitled, but shall not have the obligation to conduct site visits. Any false information/misrepresentation of the facts at
any time by the Winner shall lead to immediate disqualification
9. Pidilite Industries Limited (The Company) will consider the value of Products actually billed to the Applicator /Contractor under this
program. The final value will be calculated based on the total quantity/ amount billed during the Loyalty Programme.
10. Loyalty Programme is valid only on Products for which payment is fully received within the due date.
11. The billing in the Loyalty program Tracking Chart will be reconciled with the sales of the Dealer attached to the area where the Applica-
tor/Contractor operates.
a. All rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
b. Rewards are subject to the tax laws of India. Any tax incurred on the same will be to the account of the Winners.
c. The Company will not accept any responsibility for any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Rewards.
12. The Company or its dealers shall under no circumstances take back the Products once sold under this loyalty program.
13. Rewards shall be disbursed only after verification of documents
14. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

15. Winners shall ensure compliance of procedural requirements as may be stipulated by the Company. The Company reserves the right to
amend/terminate the Loyalty Programme at any point without prior notice or without assigning any reason for the same. The Company
shall reserve the right to verify any/all purchases made during programme period in whatever way it seems fit. The decision of the com-
pany in this regard shall be final and binding.
16. Employee of the company, its distributors, dealers, sub dealers, its participating agencies and their relatives are not eligible for any enti-
tlements under the programme.
17. Loyalty Programme Rewards are subject to receipt of payment by the dealer/Company and verification of sales invoices for all transac-
tions within the programme period.
18. Rewards and other entitlements shall be subject to the laws of India including regulations this will be applicable to these products.
19. No cash reimbursement against any gift is allowed. However in case of eventuality- the Company may decide to change Rewards as per
company’s sole discretion. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding on matters pertaining to rewards.
20. Company will be liable to pay only the ex-showroom price, for Vehicles (2 Wheelers & 4 Wheelers) offered in the Loyalty Programms at
different slabs.
21. Participation in the Loyalty Programme is voluntary and in no event shall the Company be liable either in contract or in tort for any conse-
quential or indirect loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person including (without limitation) loss of profit or damage to reputation
or goodwill.
22. By participating in the Loyalty Programme it is deemed that the Applicator / Contractor has read, understood, accepted and agreed to
abide with all the terms and conditions thereof including those mentioned herein.

24. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
