PRACTICAL DOMINION PRAYERS

Dominion Mandate is God’s universal human right. This is the right He gave to every human being on
earth. Universal human right is the dominion mandate. The dominion mandate is a calling given to
mankind. That mandate crowns you a king over creation.

PRAYER:
Father, we honour You tonight. Thank You for making all things well. Thank You for establishing
Your counsel and Your purpose here on earth and here in our lives. We activate the forces of
revelation. We activate the forces of dominion. We turn into motion the ministry of angels. Let no stone
be left unturned. Reorganize every aspect of our lives and destinies. I declare an end to every form of
stagnation; every form of going round in circles and heading nowhere; every form of marking time
instead of making progress. We declare an end to them. We turn loose the operations and ministries of
the Holy Ghost; the manifestations of Your divine Holy Spirit. Let Him move in the lives of men,
bringing life where there is death; order where there is confusion; creativity where there are
disconnections.

Every lWord (this Bible) has spoken concerning you that you want to put into motion in this environment,
you can turn it into operation. Anything that God has ever spoken concerning you or He actually said to
you privately, you want to bring into manifestation, you can turn it loose in this place. The key to your
future is your tongue.
There is something about Nigerian Christianity that is interesting. It is said now that the most praying
church in the whole world is the Nigerian church. It is a plus for us because prayer is a powerful thing.
But truthfully, I wish we all understood the subject of prayer a little better.
Half of what you need to take care of in prayer is to be addressed to God while the other half is to be
addressed to the circumstance. There are some requests you are sending to heaven that are not meant to
get there.
ISAIAH 45:11 –
ASK ME OF THINGS CONCERNING MY CHILDREN BUT CONCERNING THE WORKS OF
MY HANDS, COMMAND YE ME.
Ask God of things concerning My children but concerning the works of God’s hands, don’t ask Him.
Don’t tell Him to do something. Speak to it. Command that thing to change!
Half of the prayers we pray here are wasted because they are not answered. That is why some people are
beginning to lose faith in prayer. They wonder why they have exhausted themselves in prayers yet
nothing is happening. Nothing is going to happen even if one prays for the next 1,000 years. Command
the situation to change! You are telling God to do something about it but God answers that you should be
the one to do something about it. God gave us authority but He has ability. With God, all things are
possible but He gave you authority and until it is released, His ability will not follow. The Bible describes
the relationship between heaven and earth that whatsoever we bind on earth is bound in heaven. The earth
takes the initiative and heaven backs it up. God confirms the words of His servants. A man of God must
speak it and God will confirm it. Concerning means as it has to do with anything God created and within
the created order like finances, those circumstances, sicknesses, etc., command ye me. God created the
world by the Word of power and He designed it to be controlled by the spoken word. What you are crying
about is within the control of the words of your mouth. What you are frustrated about is within your
control.
Because of the way the Nigerian Christianity has been programmed, somebody who has a real problem
can come into a prayer environment, pray in tongues and leave. Such a person has not done anything.
Prayer is the supply of the Spirit.
GENESIS 1: 2 –
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the
Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters
Prayer is communion between man and God which allows communication. You send and God sends back
like your text messages. Then the most thing that God does (there are 7 things that He does) is that He
brings revelation in that communication. Where the failure comes is that many people do not know how
to capture. They can upload but cannot download. The 2nd most important purpose of prayer and why God
wants that communication is the supply of the Spirit. Prayer is the key to create the statement of Genesis
1: 2. The Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. So prayer supplies the anointing so that
creativity, the miraculous can be possible. In any environment surcharged with the presence of the Holy
Ghost, The Spirit moving on the face of the waters for one million years will not change anything but the
environment to create change is already here. That is the difference between positive confessions as
taught by the Americans and prophetic declarations. Some believers who lack understanding go
around confession their healing until the disease in them grows and kills them. This now makes other
believers wonder why the act of positive confession they were taught is not working for them. Some
confess that that they are blessed and they are rich until they lose their jobs or means of livelihood. Now,
we are not dealing with positive confession. In positive confession, one just speaks but in prophetic
dominion, one must first of all create the atmosphere of the Spirit before one speaks. So, you can pray in
tongues for one hour and the glory of God is on you; you can worship also for an hour (Worship also is
the supply of the Spirit) but as expressed in the text mentioned that the earth was without form and void,
once we are through with the worship and the praying in tongues, we all leave with our formlessness,
confusions and problems because we think that is all we need to do.
Because the Spirit moved and you fell does not mean your prayers have been answered. Falling is
different from paying your bills, getting a job, creating peace in one’s home, achieving results, etc. To
achieve results and get answers to your prayers, you must speak specific words directed at a target. It is
not about blasting in tongues for hours though by doing this, you will create an anointing in the
environment. If you don’t speak to the mountain to move from where it stands to a yonder place; speak to
cancer ‘I curse you to die’; speak to the job and command it to come; speak to finances; speak to every
situation that confronts you; you MUST SPEAK. Don’t be defeatist, claiming that somebody is the one
responsible for your plight, then you don’t have understanding.
When this atmosphere is in place, anything is possible. It means that the realm of impossibility which is
the realm of the natural has been overruled. The realm of the supernatural is now in operation. The realm
of the supernatural is the realm of all possibilities where there is no limit. You can actually create planets
when this atmosphere/environment is available.
There was the era of physical giants and the era of intellectual giants and then the era of spiritual giants
arrived when men learnt how to connect back to the supernatural. The first group of people to mesmerize
the world with the power of God were the Jewish prophets with Moses being the pioneer prophet. After
him, different prophets from every generation, sometimes one or two men but any word that comes out of
their mouths happens. They can remove a sitting king with a word from their mouth. They can take a
pauper and crown him king overnight with a word from their mouth also. They can create wealth where
there is none with a word from their mouths. One of them by the name of Elisha in the midst of famine in
a nation said to the king that by tomorrow morning, 10 cups of garri would be sold for 1 naira. This is
found in 2 KINGS 6: 25-33; 7: 1-20. The king did not dispute the statement because he understood the
office of the prophet but the one who bears the arm of the king refuted the statement and asked how
possible that will be even if God should open up the storehouses of heaven. The prophet then told him
that though he will see the word fulfilled, he will not eat of it. The next day, what the prophet had said
was happening and the man who refuted the word of the prophet was trampled to death by the people who
were rushing to grab the opportunity created by the spoken word. What killed him was also the prophetic
word.
There is no need for the frustrations one is facing. If you want to change things, find or create the
atmosphere for that change to take place. This is what one is going to do.

THE DOMINION MANDATE:

How does the law of dominion work? What is its functionality?
You are created in the image of God. You are designed to function like God. Go to the Scriptures to find
out the plan of God for your life and what He has said concerning you. Then you find out how God
operates and you operate in the same way.
JOHN 5: 19 –
Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of
himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son
likewise.
The first Adam used to function like this. Man fell and lost the art of legistrating on earth the purposes
and plans of God that have been established in heaven. We lost the art. That is why these frustrations
carried men to demons, native doctors and to all kinds of forces just to help them solve problems that are
bigger than them. The second Adam has come to teach us how to function and operate this art again. We
can do nothing of ourselves of our own accord. This is how the Dominion technology operates: Watch
how God operates because you are created to operate in the same way. You have the same nature as Him;
you have the image of God; you have the divine nature. You study the Bible to find God’s processes and
once you operate in these processes, you will get the same result.
There are a couple of dominion prayers in the Scriptures. These prayers can overrule anything in this
whole earth if you know how to pray like that. These prayers are not directed at God but at the problems.
Jesus Himself said that whosoever shall say to this mountain ‘Be thou removed and cast into the sea and
does not doubt in his heart but believe that those things which he saith, he shall have those things which
he saith. He shall have them exactly like God has it. God’s word in His mouth is not more powerful than
God’s word in your mouth. The important thing is that you make sure that it is God’s word! God’s word
in your mouth is as powerful as God’s word in His mouth.
Watch the prophets of the Bible. After these men introduced access into the supernatural, Jesus Christ
then came in the New Testament to make it accessible to all men. He said in that last days that He will
pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. This means that what the fall of man robbed humanity, Jesus came to
restore it.

GENESIS 1: 11 -
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding
fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
Recall that once the Spirit started moving, God started speaking order to create specific results. You
cannot use one speaking to create all the results. That is why He spoke some things on Monday (for
example) and waited till the next day to create some other things because this energy that creates must be
targeted like a bullet. Find one thing in that area of your life that you are going to dismantle tonight or you
are going to bring into operation. Sometimes, God tackles two things in a day. You do not park a
thousand prayers at once. You are wasting your faith energy and you will not achieve anything. That is
not how faith works. Speak to THIS MOUNTAIN. When you wake up tomorrow, tackle another thing.
That is not how it works. If you want to get results, your prayers must be:
- Specific,
- Targeted
Whoever packs so many prayer points in one prayer session, is still a baby bathing his tummy. The
dominion mandate is one of the golden messages in the kingdom. If this software enter you well, you will
join the ‘who and who’s’ in the kingdom; those that the kingdom of darkness fear. You can play around
milk and the baby food in the kingdom but this is the core areas (there are 7 of them though). If any of
them enters you, they will turn you into a SON. Then God can now relax and know He has a son on the
earth who will take care of the situation. There are things God does not need to worry Himself about
when such a son is around.
PRAYER:
Father, turn on the light of revelation. Open my eyes that I may behold wondrous things out of
Your Word.
The software for dominion is revelation knowledge not sense knowledge nor educational knowledge.
And God said, Let the earth bring forth…
Here, there are 2 earths. The earth we inhabit and the earth that inhabits us. We inhabit our bodies while
the earth we live in inhabits us. The Bible says we have this treasure vessel
2 CORINTHIANS 4: 7-
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and
not of us.
When we study the earth we walk on, we know already that all the wealth and treasures on this earth
came from inside it. Yet in the beginning, the earth was without form and void (an empty waste) and this
describes how many of us are but inside us, we are loaded with diamonds, gold, silver, cement, crude oil,
etc because in the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. The program He was carrying out
after Genesis 1: 2 was not the creation of the earth again. The program was to force the earth to become
fruitful and habitable in such a way that human beings can come and dwell in it and prosper. He had
already created the heaven and the earth in the beginning and loaded them with potentials just like the day
one is born from one’s mother’s womb. There are latent awesome potentials lying fallow in us despite the
hardship one is facing now. There are people carrying companies and billions within them and these are
yet to manifest. People see them and despise them, thinking they are looking down on a normal person
but such a person is wealth walking on 2 feet although undiscovered wealth does not bless the carrier of
that wealth or his generation.

Let the earth bring forth is not a prayer to God to do something but rather is a command concerning the
works of God’s hands. Look at how God talks to creation and do likewise. Jesus said that the evil one
comes whenever a man hears the word of the kingdom to snatch that word away. He can only snatch it if
that man does not understand it according to the Parable of The Sower. Because that revelation creates
another headache for Satan. Anybody that gets it becomes like Jesus. (WORSHIP)

Pastors should re-train all their people and train their selves too. This era is the Era of Son ship. We are in
the Kingdom Age now. Christianity has evolved to successive ages and dispensations within the
dispensation of grace. Everybody must take charge notwithstanding the department you operate from in
church. Everyone must be ready to deal with the devil at the slightest provocation. Everybody must be
armed for war. God told Adam to tend the garden and guard it. He was to protect it but he made a big
mistake by allowing snakes to crawl into a territory that he was told to protect. Then when your children
are sick or your marriage has broken up, you start wondering how it came about. You are to be blamed!
Why did you allow Satan to come in there and be preaching his sermon? It was Adam that failed though
the woman played her part. What is the snake doing inside your garden?

Everybody has to be trained for war. There are 12 components that make up the Dominion Mandate and
one of them is WAR. We must take whatever God has said so seriously that you can fight for it like what
Joshua did in the Promised Land. Dominion Mandate is not a passive thing where you sit down doing
nothing and waiting for heaven to do something. Whatever God says become a command for me to ask. I
enforce it with a supernatural decree and I move into operation to bring it to pass. The mystery about the
life of Jesus on earth was that He never waited for one prophecy to happen that was written concerning
Him. He rather went about fulfilling prophecy. He would read it in the book that it was written then He
will declare with His mouth that this day is this Scripture fulfilled in your ears. He will then step into that
Scripture and operate the process involved in it and get the result. Every promise and purpose of God has
a process that brings it.

The earth was without form and void, an empty waste; darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the
Spirit of God was moving…With all the move of the Spirit, it did not remove darkness and the waste.
There was no productivity, no houses, no farmland, no animals, no mining, no active work has going on
yet the earth was loaded. It was in confusion and empty but it is in that situation that God arrived. With
the Holy Ghost already in motion, the atmosphere for the miraculous is in place. What you now need is to
bring the creative word. And GOD SAID…
Let us examine one of the speaking of God. You must study all what God said in order to understand how
God operates.
GENESIS 1: 11 –
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit yielding fruit
after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
The word LET is a command. ‘Let there be light’ in verse 4 is also a command.
2 CORINTHIANS 4: 6 -
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the
light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
There is a command word to open up areas in the Scriptures that you do not understand. There is a
commanded word that will open up those aspects of your life that are still unrevealed.
PRAYER:
In the name of Jesus Christ, I command, Let there be light! Anything concerning me that is hidden, I
command it to be revealed. The purpose of God for my life, I command it to unfold. The gifts and
talents that God has hidden in me, I command my eyes open to them. Every scale that is on my eyes, I
command it to be removed. I command the veil to be removed. I command the eyes of my
understanding to be quickened, to be flooded with light, to be flooded with revelation,
Once you start operating like this, you will be achieving a lot in a year. It can be compared to what some
people achieve in 10 years. Why? Many things are available, yet we are not seeing them. A breakthrough
is a sudden outburst of light that takes you beyond your former limitation. Whenever it happens to people,
they say that they see but their eyes have been open. Sometimes when the Bible wants you to see like
this, it says BEHOLD. The word BEHOLD means SEE. UNDERSTAND. GET THIS! Most times we are
just looking but not seeing anything. Sometimes you can be looking for something and it is available.
TRY THIS. Command light to show upon items you are looking for. Declare this for a week and you will
find a lot of missing things. Once darkness is in a territory, even what is provided is hidden and will not
be seen. That is what is happening to Nigerians.
Africa is a virgin continent. The wealth of most of these nations have been exhausted. Their firewood
have been burnt and it’s only ash that is left. Africa is a virgin and still untouched. This is a place you can
become a millionaire in one week. But Africans are running away because they cannot see yet the Indians
and Chinese are rushing in because there is gold in the streets. God told Abraham to lift up his eyes and
look for as far as his eyes can see, I have given it to you. But it is a command word that triggers it.
Anytime you faces an area of decision that is hazy and not clear, there is a dark cloud and you can’t think
it through, go back like God and declare ‘LET THERE BE LIGHT’ and command the dark clouds to
clear. Let bright illumination come so you can know what to do in that situation. Go to bed and sleep and
when you awake, the answer is as clear as daylight. Sometimes, it happens so powerfully that you wonder
why you didn’t see that before.
The Bible can alter your destiny completely. It makes millionaires and made the wealthiest nations on
earth.
PRAYER:
In the name of Jesus Christ, I command illumination from the Bible, from God’s word to begin to
flood my heart. Anytime I open the Bible, there will be no seal on it anymore. I command the seals to
be broken and the veil to be torn. Open thou my eyes, Lord that I might behold wondrous things out of
Thy Law.
That is as it has to do with creativity, insight, innovation, revelations, divine counsel, divine direction etc,
this takes care of it but there are other sides to the supernatural. When you need wisdom, guidance,
innovation in one’s business or ministry due to stagnation, this can take care of them. If there is no sudden
outburst of light, you stay groping in the dark, just moving round in circles. New ideas take you to new
levels especially in this competititive business age. If you don’t have constant supply of innovation, you
can never break forth nor make it.

GENESIS 1: 14 –
…Let the earth bring forth
This particular dominion prayer can be directed at 2 targets.
1. The city, environment and nation where you live or reside:
If you want a job and it is not forth coming, you can command the city to yield it forth. One should
not so focus on the external environment that is not producing for you, an antagonistic environment
that you live in that is not yielding result, you can change your world with your words. Other people
can live in it and it is called a land that eats up its inhabitants, but for you, it will be a land yielding
milk and honey. Everything in our environment that goes against your potentials and your destiny can
be altered by a word of decree. It is time to speak to the 4 corners of Lagos State and the land of
Nigeria. The Bible says you will eat the good of the land. So command the land to start yielding for
you, to start bringing forth for you the kind of specific things that you want. You are not to get
bothered or worried if a thousand people are vying for the job you seek because whosoever rules in
the supernatural, also rules in the natural. There is an overruling realm and that realm superimposes
and overrules anything that is done in this our physical and natural realm.

…Let the earth bring forth.

The earth we live in which is our bodies, carries more treasures than the earth we walk on. It is from
this one that all the treasures we have on earth came from. All wealth and treasures came from the
earth like our diamond jewelry, gold, etc. but with all these things in the physical earth, there are
more treasures in the human earth than in the earth crust that we walk upon. People don’t know who
you are yet. We are excellencies! I am an excellency. There is treasure and wealth inside of you.
Everything you need to fulfill your destiny on earth has been put inside of you. It has to be called
forth! You must speak to this earth we live in to bring forth the next level of your destiny and to bring
forth your potentials and new opportunities. You are not operating anywhere near your capabilities.

The wealthiest place on earth is not the oil fields of Saudi Arabia or that of South-South Nigeria nor
the diamond mines of South Africa and gold mines of Ghana and other nations but it is the graveyard
where people died with treasures that would have changed the world. Can you imagine if Bill Gates
died with Microsoft or Steve Jobbs died with Apple but there are people carrying ministries,
companies, presidents, governors, t and are sitting on them, unfulfilled and unactualized? A shepherd
boy roaming around the bush, looking after sheep became a crown king, a chosen king from heaven
but until a prophet was sent to give him understanding, he would have died roaming in the bush. You
don’t need to wait for any prophet anymore for you are the prophet of your destiny. Call forth what is
hidden inside of you to come out. Call forth what you are carrying to show forth. That is what the
world is waiting for. There is a value you carry and your wealth is tied to the value that you offer.
Wealth is not cash but value. What do you have that the world needs? It might be products, an idea,
etc. There are people sitting on music that will change the world. They brought David once to the
palace and when he played his stringed instrument, all the demons troubling the president left. His
head cleared and the government started functioning again. We see some of these presidents,
celebrities and popular people in the society and assume that all things are going on well for them not
knowing that many of them are in bondage. They are like Naaman with leprosy. You wonder why he
is not curing your disease because he is diseased.

…Let the earth bring forth

You don’t sit and let things happen to you. Rather, you chart your course with your words. You don’t
sit, waiting for God to do something when He has given you the power to create your future. He has
given you His image and His abilities. What do you think the Holy Spirit living in you is there for?
The same Spirit in God is in you and it is the same Spirit that is responsible for all of the power and
the acts of God. You are not utilizing the Spirit the way God uses His. You are wealth that is covered.
Get a prophetic word to unveil you. A word is going to unveil you. Arise and lay hands on your belly
and declare that you carry so many treasures in this earthen vessel.

Speak and declare the earth in you to bring forth:

I command an end to stagnation.
I command my potentials to be unveiled.
I command my destiny to be unveiled.
I command the gifts in me to be unveiled.
I command the anointing in me to come into operation.
I command my ministry to blossom.
I command everything that is hidden in me to come forth.
(Add as many commands as you want to see manifest in your life)

Everything about you that is meant to contribute to your future, greatness, dominion, etc., that is
hidden, call them forth:
Whatever that is hidden in me that is the key to my next level, I command you to come forth.
Let the earth bring forth.
There are dangerous ministries, dangerous anointings, gifts that I am carrying, I command
them to come forth. In Jesus Name. Amen
Anything I have within me that the world needs, I command the spotlight of heaven to rest on
them and let them come forth.
That thing in me that will introduce me to the mighty, I command you to come forth.
You carry something in you that will introduce you to the mighty because a man’s gift makes way for
him. Some people are beautiful but that beauty is not appreciated. What is the use of a gift if it is not
appreciated? Beauty wasn’t not given by God to make the bearer loose and sleep around. No! Esther’s
beauty is to get the attention of kings and to shift wealth to the nation of Israel. Don’t be a fool and
jump into men’s beds when they notice you. You are abusing your gifts and your destiny. Some gifts
are given to you so that you can win souls. People are drawn to you and you lead them to Christ.
Some people don’t get born again even when the biggest pastors preach but they get converted when
a small Esther talks. It was a small girl, a maid who led Naaman to his healing.

You are in a position but that position is not yielding anything. You are just bearing a name and
nothing commensurate to that name is happening in your life.
I command the environment around me to respond to my gifts and to my needs.
I command the company I work in to start yielding for me. Let this company bring forth.
I command the Lagos State Government to bring forth contracts for me.
I command the Nigerian Government to forth for me. Let the land of Nigeria bring forth and
yield increase to me.
I command the atmosphere to change as it has to do with me.
I command the East, West, North and South winds to begin to respond to me. I command
resources to respond to me.
I open up my moth and I command resources to come forth. In Jesus Name. Amen.

PRAYER:
Father, I receive an expansion in my world and in my finances. I receive an enlargement in my
mentality. I receive an expansion. Lord, expand my world. Expand me within first. Expand my
capacity. I receive a supernatural magnetism over my life. My life will be attracting money
everywhere I go now. My life will be attracting opportunities. I activate the Billion fold. I
activate the forces of Millions. I release the angels to go forth and cause to come to me Million
Naira projects, Billion Naira projects, Million Dollar projects, Billion dollar projects, Million
carrying ideas, Million carrying anointings. I command Satan to take his hands off my finances.
I command every limitation on your finances to be lifted. I break the limits that I am facing. I
command an enlargement in my finances (4x). The least that will happen to me is that what I
am worth will be doubled and what I earn will be doubled. This is the lowest that can happen to
me. My lowest is double measure. I will go far beyond this. I receive financial anointing on my
life. This is a divine magnetism that attracts wealth. It shall turn to gold everything that I touch
from henceforth. In Jesus Name. Amen.
