At the end of a 60-minute discussion students are expected to:
a. identify the symbols shown in Telephone Conversation and photographs;
b. create a tableau that depicts religion, culture, landmarks etc. of different countries in
Asia; and
c. appreciate the use of symbolism in literature by writing a poem.

For your next activity which is called “PICTURE


PICTURE TALKS”, your class will be divided into
four. Students seated on these columns will be the
Pt78, these 2 columns will be the Ag47, the other 2
columns will be the Au79 and students on the last
columns will be the Hg80 group. Now, go with your
respective groups quietly and form your chairs in
circular manner.

On a ¼ sheet of paper, write the names of the group


members.

They will guess it later. The group(s) with the correct
guess will be given 5 points. Note: one guess per team
only. Write your guess on the sheet provided by the
teacher.

One representative from each group will pick a


number for the draw lots.

: Instructions:
1. Each group will make a tableau that will
represent countries in Asia. It can be the
landmarks, religion, culture etc.
2. Each group will be given 2 minutes to prepare.
NO TIME EXTENSION.
3. After 2 minutes, show your tableau to the class
and let other group guess what country you
picked.

representing correctly, your group will not be given
additional 5 points.
