EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, GREGORIO I. SAMBRANO, JR., single and with residence and postal address at
119 Cluster ‘F’ Bagong Nayon I Antipolo City, OLGINA S. TABELIN, married to Pedy R.
Tabelin and with residence and postal address at 119 Cluster ‘F’ Bagong Nayon I Antipolo City,
GLENN I. SAMBRANO, single and with residence and postal address at 119 Cluster ‘F’
Bagong Nayon I Antipolo City, who are all of legal ages, Filipinos, do hereby declare as follows:

1. That the above-named parties are among the children and surviving legal heirs of
EDITHA I. SAMBRANO who died on June 8, 2016 at Quezon City;

2. That the decedent died intestate, without leaving any Last Will or Testament and without
leaving any debts or accounts whatsoever;

3. That the decedent left a parcel of land, more particularly described in Transfer
Certificate of Title Number R-57542 located at Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City and
containing an area of Two Hundred Forty Five (245) square meters, of the Register of
Deeds of Rizal and a certain amount of money deposited in the Development Bank of the
Philippines (Panatag Savings Account) under Savings Account No. 0435-414663-530;

4. That pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and
the parties herein being all of age and full civil capacity, they have agreed to divide as
they do hereby divide and adjudicate, the real property, above-described in EQUAL
SHARE;

5. That we hereby affirm that we have executed the this instrument out of our own free will
without force, intimidation or violence upon our person, and that we have hereby
received our just and proper share and have no more claim or demand against each other
in connection with the adjudication of the above-described parcel of land;
