5 Functional Report Requirements:

5.1 Identification:

5.3 Data Sources:

ZPLAN and VC characteristics in Sale Order.

Validation:
1. SHUTTERTYPE = SS, DS, TL, FL
2. SHUTTER_PAINT_TYPE = PC (only).
3. In ZPLAN Paint Type should not be equal to space.

5.4 Process Flow:

In ZPLAN new column to be added.

Column heading = Paint Line and
Values = Manual and Auto.

Note: In ZPlan earlier we had added four new fields / column as M1, M2, M3 and M4 (see 120
client). Delete these fields / columns as these are not required.

Logic for Powder Paint Report (to be downloaded in .csv format):

1. SO number – SO Number entered in Input Screen or extract from ZPLAN if ZPLAN number
entered in input screen. Filter only those SO for which Shuttertype and Shutter paint type
matches with the validation parameters.
Generate number of rows based on shutter type for each SO line item.
Eg: If SS then two rows one for shutter and one for frame.
If DS then 3 rows one for Active Shutter, Inactive Shutter and Frame.
For TL – 4 rows one for Active shutter and 2 for Inactive shutter,
FL – 5 rows.

2. SO Line item – Filter only those items for which shuttertype is as mentioned above and also
shutter paint type = PC.

3. Barcode Handling = Update Handing Value in Barcode column if Material is shutter, for
Frame………..

4. Qty – SO Line Item Qty.

5. Material – POMATNR from ZPLAN or AFPO-MATNR (Filter Only Shutter and Frame) and
Update.

6. Height – for Shutter (active and inactive) value frorn SHUTTER_HEIGHT characteristics,
for frame height = POH

7. Powder Paint = Update description of value in below mention char.

PAN_POWDERCOAT_MATERIALS = In Shutter Row
LID_POWDERCOAT_MATERIALS = In Shutter Row
FRAME_POWDERCOAT_MATERIALS = In Frame Row

8. Plan – Plan number from Input value or If SO number selected as input parameter then extract
Plan Number from ZPLAN Report.

9. Paint Line – To be updated from ZPLAN report as Auto or Manual. (Validation to be done if Paint
Line value not updated in Zplan report).

Report execution and data download procedure:

2 Folders to be created in network path as we do for Shop floor reports downloading.
Powder Paint Reports_Ind and Powder Paint Reports_Cumm.

While every execution Two reports to be generated and downloaded in .CSV format -
1. one with individual values to be downloaded in folder Powder Paint Reports_Ind
2. with values overwriting in the existing in folder Powder Paint Reports_Cumm.
For cumulative report if same SO line item is executed repeatedly and if it is existing in the file
then values to be overwritten.
