We work primarily in Operations & Sales Transformation projects: Working 100% of the time
on site, with clients.

The focus of the role

Working closely with clients at management and director level, you will advise and assist with
the identification, development and implementation of projects in a very hands-on "shop
floor manner". We work in close partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions that
help them become high performance businesses.

No two projects are ever the same. You will be working in a variety of sectors and countries
across the globe for this international group of companies, therefore international exposure
and travel is a real possibility with long hours and frequent travel being the norm.

What will you do?

You would work under a Project Manager & lead a work stream at a client location and be
100% responsible for the successful design, development and implementation of
opportunities in a Change Management Program.

You would be consulting engagements on driving Operations Improvement, Cost Reduction


& Change Management Programs and commensurate Management Control Systems.

Identification of business improvement opportunities, implement management control


systems (MCS) to facilitate design of operation strategy based on sound data and real-time
operations analysis and develop KPIs for various management levels.

Help the client in restructuring of the utilization of available resources to bring about
operations improvement which financially reflects both on bottom-line and top-line growth.

DAY TO DAY ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE:

 Accurately analysing work processes, systems, organisational function and structures


using interviews, observation, data and statistical analysis studies and techniques to
determine where and how to generate measurable benefits
 Train client individuals in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques,
group problem solving and team building and consensus development skills
 Prepare and conduct meetings and one-on-one interfaces with client and colleagues
 Prepare written and oral feedback, presentation materials, critiques, systems
documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries and reports.

Desired Skills and Experience

Ideally you will have already experienced success as a Performance Improvement


Consultant or are in an Engineering, Analytical or Sales related role.

Minimum skills and experience required:


 3- 8 years corporate experience within Operations, Supply Chain, Sales Transformation or
an Analytical role.
 Good understanding of business; impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
 Should have handled projects / assignments in Sales transformation, Operational
excellence, productivity improvement, Cost reduction & Value Stream Mapping in core
manufacturing or support functions individually or through teams;
 Performed gap analysis, reorganised maintenance operations, inventory management and
response time reduction.
 Familiar with continuous improvement tools & management concepts ( Lean, Six Sigma,
Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, TQM, Pareto charts, VSM, Why Why Analysis, TOC )
 MBA qualified and a degree in Engineering or Science subjects
 Excellent IT skills
 Willing to travel extensively as client locations are usually in another city/ country.

Please be aware that Renoir is not an IT, Telecom or Banking consultancy and therefore
applications based on experience primarily from those sectors will not be successful.

BASE LOCATION – Since we work 100% of the time at client locations, you can choose to be
based in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or Pune.

CAREER PATH – Ideally you would join us a Consultant and move to the role of Project Leader,
then Project Manager, on to Operations Manager and to more senior roles.

Fixed Salary Band - INR 10 - 15 Lakh PA.

Experience Required – 3 - 8 years only.
