Responsibilities of the Managing Director

 To have the power to administer the operations of the Company pursuant to policies, law,
objectives, Articles of the Company, resolutions of the meeting of shareholders,
resolutions of the Board of Directors, resolutions of the Executive Committee, as well as
relevant regulations and procedures.
 To have the power to issue orders and carry out any act as necessary and appropriate in
order to satisfactorily carry out the functions under article 1, and in the case of an
important matter, a report shall be made and/or notice shall be given to the Board of
Directors and/or the Executive Committee.
 To consider the recruitment, appointment, transfer, removal, including appraisals and
disciplinary measures, as well as to determine remuneration and welfare benefits of
employees. In any event, any action taken must not be contrary to or inconsistent with the
authority of the Executive Committee.
 To have the power to issue regulations on the Company’s operations, such regulations not
being inconsistent with or contrary to the policies, articles, regulations, rules, orders and
resolutions of the Board of Directors and/or Executive Committee.
 To grant and/or delegate powers to other persons to perform specific tasks on behalf of
the Managing Director.
 To promote and develop adherence to good conduct, legal compliance, ethics and culture
in the Company’s business operations while observing good governance principles.
 To carry out any other act as entrusted by the Board of Directors and/or Executive
Committee.
 Any question or ambiguity arising from the exercise of such powers shall be submitted to
the Board of Directors for determination.
 The above powers of the Managing Director shall not be exercised in the event of the
Managing Director’s having a potential personal interest in or a conflict of interests of
any character with the Company.

Responsibilities of the General Manager


 Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
 Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
 Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
 Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business
unit.
 Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
 Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
 Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
 Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
 Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
 Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
 Report key results to corporate officers.
 Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
Responsibilities of the Administration Manager

 Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline
processes
 Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
 Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum
efficiency
 Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate
other business operations
 Manage schedules and deadlines
 Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
budgetary constraints
 Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
 Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
 Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning
etc.)
 Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
 Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager

 Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control


processes
 Devise and review specifications for products or processes
 Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their
compliance
 Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
 Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
 Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
 Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
 Approve the right products or reject defectives
 Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
 Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
 Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
 Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient
procedures
Responsibilities of the Senior Relationship Manager
 Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the Commercial Banking business segment
 Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable
corporate banking services to the existing customers
 Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance
 Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority
 Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality
 Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior teammates
 Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
 Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
 Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
 Forward up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
 Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
 Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
 Approach potential customers to establish relationships
 Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

 Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while
recommending further courses of action.
 Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
 Maintain the financial health of the organization.
 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual
performance compared to the business plans.
 Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
 Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a
framework for these to be met.
 Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
 Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
 Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on
future paths to be taken.
