Good day!

I would to officially inform you about my decision of resigning from the position of
Staff Nurse with West Metro Medical Center, effective 5th of January, 2019. For which, I
have decided to take up review classes for my NCLEX next year. Furthermore, around the
same time, I would have to comply the necessary requirements of the same, especially the
DNA testing which requires me to go to Makati. Not only that, I would spend time and effort
to my family here as well.
The past few months at West Metro have been a rich and rewarding experience for
me, both at a personal as well as professional level. I would like to thank the hospital
management for the opportunities I have received to enhance my nursing skills, training,
and development was provided during my tenure as a Staff Nurse.
My last day of employment in West Metro Hospital would be at the 4 th of January,
and I would ensure that I hand over my responsibilities and its smooth transition as well. I
would like to wish you as well as the staff at West Metro Medical Center the very best in the
future.
