Series 750B
(Panel Mount)
Series 750BM
(Plug-In Module)
Series 750B

Typical Applications:
– LWCO for steam or hot water boilers
– Differential level control
Features:
– 24 VAC and 120 VAC models
– Panel mount or plug-in module
– Automatic or manual reset
– CSD-1 Code Compliant
The Series 750B controllers provide reliable control of burner
circuits, motor starters, electric valves or pumps in boilers, cooling
towers or other liquid level applications. Designed for use with the
750-C chamber, Series RS sensors or other remote probes to Series 750BM
create a complete operating system.

! WARNING
• All work must be performed by qualified personnel trained in the proper application, instal-
lation, and maintenance of plumbing, steam, and electrical equipment and/or systems in
accordance with all applicable codes and ordinances.

• Read and understand these instructions prior to installation and save this document for
future reference.
• To prevent electrical shock, turn off system power before making electrical connections.
• If used as a LWCO, the control must be installed in series with all other limit and operating
controls.
• We recommend that secondary (redundant) Low Water Cut-Off controls be installed on all
steam boilers with heat input greater than 400,000 BTU/hour or operating above 15 psi of
steam pressure. At least two controls should be connected in series with the burner control
circuit to provide safety redundancy protection should the boiler experience a low water
condition. Moreover, at each annual outage, the low water cut-offs should be dismantled,
inspected, cleaned, and checked for proper calibration and performance.
• Probe wire distance MUST NOT EXCEED 500 ft. Use MTW or THHN #14 or #16 AWG wire
and MUST BE separate from high voltage wire runs.
• Reset switch wire length MUST NOT EXCEED 50 ft. Use same type of wire designated for
probe wires and MUST BE separate from high voltage wire runs.
Failure to follow this warning could cause property damage, personal injury or death.
