Overview of the Business


E-Co. is an eco-friendly business located in Sugbo Mercado that promotes a healthy
and sustainable environment. We offer healthy Smoothies in various fruity flavors. In addition
to the Smoothies, we offer metal straws to lessen the use of plastic in the environment. We
also offer home decor such as succulents to bring liveliness and color to your homes. Lastly,
we offer gardening starter kits to encourage everyone, especially the youth in developing a
more environment-friendly community. E-Co. caters to the environment enthusiasts,
gardeners and most importantly the youth.

living. The weaknesses look into issues of material acquisition and how feasible the products
would be within the local market. The opportunities identify the factors that would eventually
lead to profit gain for the business. Lastly, the treats tackle the hardships that the business will
eventually face when pulling in consumers.
