Reflection Essay
Overall, there was good experience. We acquired very important
knowledge when we had meeting with her (Sana Karim as HR officer in
the Engro foods). She also provided information related to our careers.

We did not face any difficulties in forming our group but we faced some
difficulties regarding selection of organization. We selected some
organization but some of them were already selected by others and some
organizations lack HR department. Finally, we got an organization
known as Engro foods and started to do our project.

Initially we forwarded two applications in different organization. One, in

sukkur beverages, from there we got no reply and other application we
sent to TCS Company. But more than 3 groups already went there. At that
time, we consulted with YOU that where we should go. You suggested
us to PIA sukkur office. But at that moment we met with one friend
named Muhammad Ali (BBA-V a) he offered us to go the Engro foods.
Their Group got Appointments from two organizations. That’s why they
said us to go to Engro foods on Monday exactly at 3:00 pm. Now we were
ready to go there. On Sunday we made questionnaire and on Monday at
2:40 Pm we went there. When we reached there we waited for almost 15
minutes. We were served with tea and finally we went to Visitor’s room
where we had discussion with Ms Sana karim.

In the conclusion, we learnt a lot from this project at least we got some
realistic concepts which are helpful for our future.
