1.1INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE COMPANY:

SRI KNITS Export company is one of the manufacturers and export of knitting
in India .SRI KNITS humble beginning in 2005 progressed bonds one of the
leading textile company in India .Clients of Europe,u,s, Canada and the u.k.of
the past 13 years. The initially named Prathida groups

Firm to Intertek ISO export House approved by Walt Disney code of conduct,
s.Oliver Gmbh and Calwinkekein jeans.Sovail compliance team. Raw material
tased as per OEKO tex 100 stundent and aproved with cerfiction. Total no of
employee’s organization 400 of which 1000 labour and 100 staffs . Annual
turnover in company (19.15 laks ) target of the company to last year in this 75
corers and their future target achieve 150 croers
1.2 OBJECTIVES OF STUDY

 The main objective of the training program is to know the structure of


various aspects of an organization know the day-to-day transaction in
organization.
 To know about the organization.
 To know activities of the several departments inthe organization.
 To minimizing the employment of production facilities with the general
purpose in view minimizing operation costs and meeting delivery
schedules.
 Re-train staff in the effective’s performance of their duties.
1.3.SCOPE OF THE COMPANYL

This study focused upon the various problems regarding with the
garments company and the prospect of these industries . The scope this research
is limited as per the research understand promising management system of
garment industries . To study assessment of the type and level of skill required
in the domestic industry and possible support as visualized by the exporters to
boost the export of garment from India. To study the possible arrangement for
skill building in garments industries

1.4 OBJECTIVES OF COMPANY

 Utilizing modern equipment techniques properly.


 Developing efficiency and productivity among the workers.
 Attaining a good position among the industries.
 Providing better satisfaction to the customers.
 To diversity into allied new product.
1.5 LIMITATION OF COMPANY

 Workers not get satisfied with their salary


 Labour suggested to have the facility of relaxing cell, canteen,
refreshment respondents etc….,
 Worker can’t feel easy to done the work.
 Slightly inferior image quality photograph print in offset
 Transport facility is not available.

MERCHANDISING DEAPRTMENT

The Merchandising department is the inspecting the quality of on going


process and also finished goods they are inspecting the measurement,
chest,size,dying,ratios

Merchandising department is maintaining the quality of finished products and


also on process. Clear idea about quality of the garment measurement in
garment

The power to visit all here factory production and he is also maintaining the
smooth relation between the buyers
4.2 PROCESS OF DEPARTMENT

SAMPLING DEPARTMENT

Sample department is separate department in the organization. Sample


department main function is before the production of the project. The sample
steps they will make fabric from yarn through knitting and then applying dying
for fabric. The dried clothes are cutting as per size and will be print
embroidings. And also sampling department is tiring to minimize the cost

FABRIC DEPARMENT

Fabric department is purchasing the yarn at are right quality for knitting
the fabrics.The fabric department has not only maintained knitting, they
maintain from yarn purchase to the cloth of entered into the company of the
fabric. Fabric manager received the order from the merchandising department.
After that they want to calculate the yarn how much needed for completed order

4.3 PROCESSING CHART

PURCHASE DEPARTMENT

The main different between the sourcing and purchase department is the
sourcing section work for sourcing the fabric alone where as the nature of the
purchasing department comprises sourcing of accessories and trims as well

The goods are come inside the company from the supplier, goods are check the
quality, quality and price list of the purchased items

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

Raw materials are converted into finished goods in the production


department .The production department has many process to make a final goods
and there should be a sequence steps are using for the production process

ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Managing accounting provides accounting information helps managers to


make decision mange the business. The account as statement are prepare under
historical data and actually accrued . The account statement such as profit and
loss account, balance sheet, general ledger and all other account are helpful to
the various departments to take decision

SALES DEPARTMENT

Production of the goods is done for sales. Sales means transfer of goods
from one person to another in course of business for cash different
paymentsvaluable consideration the effectiveness of sales in the organization is
the most important factor for the progress of firm
4.4 THE BOOK ARE MAINTAINIED BY COMPANY

HUMAN RESOURCE

The HR department provides welfare facilities to each and every


employees of the concern.Controll all the document of the employees and legal
development of the concern from government or third parties.

Human resource managing all the peoples of the organization in such a


way that a bridge could be maintained between top – level -mid and lower
levels of an organization.

FABRIC PROCESS (DTEING )

Soft flow machine to that holds. Capacity of dyeing and finishing


8000kgs. (Days) washing with maximum capacity of 4000 pcs per day

The yarn purchase approval given by fabric department managers.


He is calculated the yarn how much to purchase for given order
KNITING

Knitting is a process of converting yarn from cloths. The cloth is


based on two types is gone to dying and another type is washing

DYENIG

Dyeing is a process to change the color of the cloth. At the knitting


the fabric all the are in white to change a color on the basic of buyer needs

WASHING

At the stage of knitting the fabric will be knitting as strife at this


types yarn are color yarns are used so it does want to dye

COMPACTING

Compacting is increasing the quality of project. Compacting is under


the stream and the compacting is used to increase the fabric size

PRINTING

This department consists of 2 on’s fully computerized price. It also


contained four flatbed printing tables, transfer fusing presses, plastisol, reactive
and discharge printing facilities. Rotary printing is also available and the prints
are done through both rotary and flatbed process.

EMBROIDERING

Embroidering is made on cloth as per the buyer needs. This


embroidering work is done by as specialized person with great care .Mostly
machine embroidering are used this company
4.5 PRODUCTION PROCESS

CUTTING

Cutting section is companyunder the production section. The fabric is a


cutting on the base of size of the boby. The cutting section has a standard patter

STITCHING SECTION

Stitching section is stich the cloth.The cloth stitched is there are no


standard norms are used for the stiching

CHECKING SECTION

After the stitching complete .Its good practice to aasure that only quality
full garments are passed to checking section.The finished stiching products
there are any mistake are coming again they will send it to stiching section .All
the goods are not ironing section

IRONING

The garments are iron give perfect looks to the customers the ironed.
Garments passed to the packing section

PACKING Packing section is the last in production in the production process


they packed the t- shrit in the poly bag and a cotton box.And it is compleled it
will be transferred to the dispatch section
5 CHAPTER

5.1 CONCLUSION

The industrial company was quiet for useful for me to again knowledge
by studing the various problems of the management partically. Good
relationship is ,maintained by the management with their employees

The study ‘YOUNG TRENDZ Export company’ revaled that every


organistion must other to quality system and also that effective management is
important to every organization. At the event of globalization the new
millennium brings

Iam very thankful to everyone in the YOUNG TRENDZ export


company Who helped me in all the ways to make my institutional training a
successful one to carry on my career.
