2. Update this Table to suit the needs of your OPCO/BU for the successful implementation of your process.
3. It may be helpful to meet with training specialists, to obtain greater insight into training alternatives.
4. Once this tool is tailored to meet the needs of your OPCO/BU, this information should be used to populate the Process Implementation Plan which will be completed during the Advisor Planning Workshop.
5. Create a project task in your Process Implementation Plan for each training requirement you have identified in this tool.
