How to Use Cloud Health

1 System Configuration Requirement


Operating System: Android 5.1 or above
Screen: suitable for tablet PC that dimension no less than 7 inch
Software: upgrade the software to the latest version when connecting with network
2 Login

Click the icon on the tablet PC to open the APP, use assigned account (card user or
organization user) and password to login. If there is no network, off-line login can be available.

3 Bind and Measure of Physical Examination Machines
After login, enter the Main Interface as shown in Figure 3-1, click “Physical Examination”, it will
pop out “UserInfo” interface, as shown in Figure 3-2:

Fill in the user information in Figure 3-2. User can fill in the information as need, but the ID
card/cellphone number and name can’t be null. To create archive, all items shall be filled in. If it is
failed, a prompt shown in Figure 3-3 will appear, select “Continue” will ignore the prompt (if the
require satisfied, the APP will create the archive automatically)and enter the physical examination
interface directly (as shown in Figure 3-4).

Interface
Examination steps are as below:
1) Turn on the Bluetooth;
2) Device binding information can be known based on the color of its icon. If it is not bound with
any device, click the icon to bind with relative device first. Please refer to chapter for detailed
operation method. Note: Only the PIN code of ECG Workstation is required.
3) Measure:
After measuring(including Urine Analyzer, Pulse Oximeter, Electronic Sphygmomanometer,
weight and hemoglobin(USB)), the data will be transmitted to Cloud Health automatically. Take
the Urine Analyzer as an example, after finishing the measurement, measured data will be
uploaded automatically, corresponding prompt as shown in Figure 3-5 and 3-6. After the data are
received, click to check detailed information, as shown in Figure 3-7.

TEMP data are obtained manually: turn on the Thermometer, click , when the device shows
the prompt in Figure 3-8, start measuring the temperature, and measured data will be uploaded to
Cloud Health.

After finishing the measurement of Blood Glucose Meter, click to obtain the data manually.
Weight and hemoglobin are extension equipment, which can be used after selecting.

For ECG acquisition, user need to click at the end of the item to connect with the ECG
Workstation first, as shown in Figure 3-9, 3-10, 3-11 and Figure 3-12. The acquisition period is 20
seconds, at the beginning, ECG waveform is not stable, its color is yellow, and the color turns
green when it becomes stable, at this moment, the sampled waveform will be stored. On the

sampling interface, there is countdown prompt and

lead-off prompt . After the acquisition is completed, it will return the physical
examination interface displayed with measured ECG value, as shown in Figure 3-13:

4) Upload. Click “Finish” button, the acquired data will be uploaded to the server, then
return to the main interface. Click “Cancel” button, it will return to the main interface directly,
the sampled data won’t be uploaded.
4 Case&Report management
4.1 View case

Click under the main interface to enter case management interface (as shown in Figure 4-1
and 4-2). Swipe left and right to view the list. In the list of Diagnosed, if the case is obsolete, it
will be marked as “OBSOLETE”.

4.2 Review

Click at the bottom of case list to enter the interface of unprinted report list (as shown
in Figure 4-3). To download and review report, click each item in the list, to enter the options
interface, click the item and hold the mouse (as shown in Figure 4-4).

5 Setting
The setting includes personal setup, basic setup, wireless and network setup and other setup, as
shown in Figure 6-1.

5.1 Personal setup
Personal setup includes two parts: basic information setup and modify password.
Basic information contains card ID, create time, transport type, area, organization name, ID card,
telephone and note, as shown in Figure 5-2. Password modification interface is shown in Figure
5-3, if you need to set a new password, please enter the old password, and input the new password
twice, then click “Submit” to finish.

5.2 Basic setup
Basic setup includes language, select case type, whether to use Bluetooth ID card reader, create
archive related, case source, general ECG acquisition related and cloud print related.
Create archive related settings include “Automatically create the archive for medical users” and
“Display failure tip”, as shown in Figure 5-4.
Physical extension equipment contains weight and hemoglobin.
General ECG acquisition setup includes “ECG device connectivity options” and “Acquisition
Time”.

Under the interface shown in Figure 6-5, select “Bluetooth” for the “ECG device connectivity
options”, then a “Bind” button appears at the next row, click the button to search and bind with
ECG collection device (as shown in Figure 5-6), after succeed (as shown in Figure 5-7), click
“Save” button.

5.3 Wireless and network setup
Wireless and network setup includes network transmission setup, WLAN and mobile networks.
Click “WLAN” or “Mobile networks” to enter its setup interface directly.
As shown in Figure 5-8, the server address can be set in network transmission setup, the default
address is “data2.contec365.com”, default port is 80. SSL is selective, but it may reduce the
transmission speed.

5.4 Other setup
Other setup includes three parts: feedback, software upgrade and about.
Feedback interface is shown in Figure 5-9, after fill in the subject, telephone, description and
picture, click “Submit” to upload it to the server.
Software upgrade detects whether the latest version exists for the software to upgrade, as shown in
Figure 5-10.
