4th • Connect the electrical plug to the outlet, checking that the voltage is adequate for the motor.
6th • Start the machine making sure the connections are in perfect condition.
7th • To adjust the pressure to the desired value, act on the regulator located on the pump’s bipass
valve.
8th • At the end of the work, stop the engine, close the feed valve and discharge the pressure hose
and the pump.
ATTENTION: Do not run the pump dry so as not to damage the piston rings; In winter, apply some
liquid or anti-freeze spray to avoid damage inside the pump.

• The high pressure pump oil must be changed after the first 50 hours of work, the following
changes will be made every 500 hours of work. To do this, a container must be provided to col-
lect the old oil and recycle it. For its change, the drain plug that is under the oil level sight glass
must be loosened, once it has been emptied by the top plug, the pump will be filled up to where
the sight glass or oil dipstick is marked. Use 20 W-50 oil.

• A water filter of 55 Mcr with a minimum flow of 200 ltr / min must be placed in the intake line to
the pump.
•
• Do not let the machine work without acting on the automatic gun for more than five minutes, if
this is required, consult the technical service.
•
• Do not direct the water jet at people or animals as it causes serious damage, the pressure
washer can only be used by qualified personnel.
•
• Do not direct the water jet directly at the machine during operation.
•
• Electrical connections have to be made by specialized technical personnel.
