Always indent the start of every paragraph. The introduction section
should have 2-3 pages only.
Reminders…
● Prove to the readers the presence of opportunity for the proposed
business and the timeliness of entering in the industry; consider the locale
where the business will be situated (ex. Imus City, Cavite). And convince
the readers that your reason for choosing this type of business is
acceptable
● Analyze the external business environment (demographic, cultural,
political-legal, economic, etc), industry, and competitive environment. You
can present the opportunities and threats in a table form or paragraph
form. After that, propose ways on how to overcome threats (identifying
Key Success Factors or KSFs can help) and maximize opportunities.
● Gather relevant data from credible internet sources and cite properly
according to APA v.6

Based on the analysis, despite of having three direct and stable
competitors, only one supplier and lot of substitutes for coffee, proponents
conclude that it is favorable for the business to enter the industry because of the
low favorable result for the threat of new entrants, and buyer power.

Key Success Factors


KSFs are those functions, activities, or business practices, defined by the
market not the company, and as viewed by customers that are critical to the
company/customer relationship.
KSFs are generally three to five areas that a company may focus on, to
attain its vision. KSF may also be major flaws that need to be addressed before
other goals can be completed or strengths that must be preserved.
