MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMPLAINANT, by himself, unto this Honorable Office, most

respectfully states that:

1. The Honorable Sanggunian set this case for hearing on January

7, 2020 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon.

2. However, complainant has some emergency and mandatory

work at Hospital on that same date and time because his co-employee
met an accident and there is no one who can replace him.

3. As such, Complainant respectfully moves that the hearing of this

case be set for hearing on January 28, 2020 at 1:30 o’clock in the
afternoon or at any date convenient to parties and the Honorable
Office.

4. This urgent motion is filed in good faith and is not intended for
delay but solely due to the foregoing reasons.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed that hearing of the above-entitled case be reset to January 28,
2020 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon.

Other just and equitable relief and remedies are likewise prayed
for.
