AIM:
To construct a community gathering space cum sea front resort through various recreational water sporting events
like diving, swimming classes, and an archaeological museum thereby resulting in energy efficiency or
conservation and reduced cost of services through creation of a science fiction type spot.
Bringing out a new style of construction in India.
To attract more tourists to the city.
For awareness about marine environment and bio-diversity
To maintain and utilize the natural resources that are left unnoticed.
To bring an artistic landmark and to LEARN FROM NATURE.

HYPOTHESIS:
Natural ventilation and lighting and usage of futuristic technologies and ideas promoting individual comfort and
reducing energy consumption at the same time.

SCOPE:
To consider for the future generations and provide better ideas on design basis and creates an other landmark
through various organisations, etc.

OBJECTIVE:
To study the aspects of:
 Maximise the amenity of site with good natural settings on the exterior
 Resorts and apartments
 Submerged or merging with the water front area - Aquarium alley, aqua terrarium, tunnel (Deep Sea), deep
sea forum, shark tank, touch tanks
 Inclusion of water based sports recreation activities like sea surfing, diving, etc. and Ayurvedic therapy and
Spa treatments
 Archaeological oceanography museum
 To provide a walk on water experience through tunnels and bridges, etc. connecting to the recreational ar-
ea surrounded by sea.

Energy efficiency or conservation of Nature.

To create a mini city in the building .

To bring an artistic landmark and to LEARN FROM NATURE.

To create a compact neighborhood planning which would be a new way of planning that reduces the sprawl of the
