ORE SUPPLY
CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE

PRESENTS:

This contract is entered into by and between the PANORAON SMALL SCALE
MINERS ASSOCIATION (PASSMICO) being a Mining Permit Holder of the Minahang
Bayan specifically situated in the Purok 1 Barangay Panoraon, Maco, Compostela Valley
Province, here in represented by its Chairman of the Board, MR. RAUL W. MANAOIS,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

L9 Asean Heights Subdivision, Bonifacio, Surigao City and represented by its Operation
Manager, ENGR. ANTONIO O. ASIS JR., hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY;

WITNESSE

The Contracting Parties hereby agreed the following terms and

conditions:

SECTION 1.) That the FIRST PARTY shall allow the SECOND PARTY to
operate mining
operation within the Minahang Bayan specifically situated in Barangay
Panoraon, Maco, Compostela Valley Province;
SECTION 2.) That the FIRST PARTY further allows the SECOND PARTY to buy all
kinds of minerals
from the mining area of the
cooperative;

SECTION 3.) That the SECOND PARTY shall pay to FIRST PARTY the
Royalty Fee
derived from its ore extracted from the Minahang Bayan as
follows;

Gold Ore PhP 5.00 / 40 kls Copper Ore 0.50 / kl. Lead
Ore 2,000.00 / truck with 20 tons capacity Manganese
Ore 1.00/ kl.
SECTION 4.) That the SECOND PARTY shall pay to FIRST PARTY the
following fees
and charges as
follows:

a. OSC Processing Fees P 2,000.00 b. Inspection and

Verification Fee 500.00 c. Service Charge
300.00

SECTION 5.) Duration of this OSC shall be for one (1) year renewable year starting
from the
date of the execution thereof. However the same is subject for the
revocation of the BOD for any violation of the terms and condition
herein provided after due notice and hearing;

SECTION 6.) That all Local Government Units and National Government Units Fees
and Permits
shall be shouldered by the SECOND
PARTY;
