 Description of Case

The defendant stands accused ofsexual assault by two separate individuals.

The charges relate to events which took place in 2006 and 2013. The
defendant was arrested in May of 2018 which began the criminal case.

case has been widely publicized over the last year, including
extensive in-depth coverage of prior proceedings in this matter
over the course ofthe last year. Can you assure all parties that
