Guideline’s

Photo Contest
 This Photo Contest shall be governed by the BILL OF RIGHTS STANDARDS
FOR PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITIONS.
 The Contest is open to all Junior and Senior High Students of GSC SPED
Integrated School.
 Format – includes DIGITAL photographs.
 Entries should be submitted in a 8 x 12 Color Prints.
 Entries must be connected to the theme of Nutrition Month candid photos and not
posed should be prohibited.
 Photos must be taken only from actual events during the Nutrition Month
Activities celebration in General Santos City SPED Integrated School
 Entries must be in colored entry and editing is restricted to GLOBAL
ENHANCEMENT only.
 Registration of participants will be open on_________, 2019 at the Information
Communication Technology (ICT) classroom Senior High School building.
 Photos should not have any watermarks, logos, or even printed names.
 Registration Fee of Photo contest will be 20 pesos per student; includes an
official Nutrition Month 2019 ang 1 entry per student.
 Deadline for submission of entries: July 21, 2019
 Judging of the PHOTO CONTEST will be on July 28, 2010
 Awarding of Prizes to winners will be on July 30, 2010 at the GSC SPED
Integrated School.
 The overall winner judged as the Best Picture in the Photo Contest shall be
awarded only that amount allocated as its prize. The amount that the entry could
have won in his category shall be awarded to the next lower winner to elevate all
winners in that category one rank higher with its corresponding cash prizes.

1. There are two (2) MAIN categories for the 2019 nutrition month Photo Contest:

I. 2019 Poster making contest

Photos taken strictly during the performances during Kadsagayan, on MARCH 1, 2019. Photos
should be taken on the theme of the 2019 Kalilangan Festival, ‘Celebration of Us’.

II. 2019 KALILANGAN SIDE EVENTS CATEGORY

Photos taken during the entire 2019 Kalilangan Festival (any from all official Kalilangan Events,
except Kadsagayan performances). Photos should be taken on the theme of the 2019 Kalilangan
Festival, ‘Celebration of Us’

III. SPONSORS CHOICES / SPONSORS SPECIALS

Photos taken strictly WITHIN GUIDELINES OF SPONSORS. Additional guidelines to follow.

2. Registration, Entry Fees and Printing Fees

Non Students : P200.00 (can Pay on-line)

College Level : P200.00 (can Pay on-line)
Students (Grade 11-12) : P100.00 - with current school ID (Pay upon submission)
Students (Grade 5-10) : SK Special, Registration Fee waived
Maximum of 5 entries per category per participant
Printing Fees : P100 first 3 entries per category
P50 each for additional entries (up to 2 additional entries) per category
1st Category 5 entries + 2nd Category 5 entries = P400.00 Total
1st Category 3 entries + 2nd Category 3 Entries = P200.00 Total
1 (one) Category only with 5 entries = P200.00 Total
1 (one) Category only with 3 entries = P100.00 Total
