8:15am, Haylee was sitting at the tale eating breakfast, and looked up and said, “Mrs. Amanda I
am all done can I get down”? Once excused, she walked into the bathroom climbed up on the
stool, reached for the soap and pumped some on her hand turned the faucet on with her right hand
and proceeded to wash under the water. After 30 seconds, she reached for the paper towel dried
her hands and got down.

7:00am Haylee grabbed her coat of the hook with her right hand, and put her left arm though her
coat arm and then put her right arm in, she than began to start to zip it up, got the zipper wit her
left hand and pulled it up, holding the bottom of her coat with her right hand.

3:40 Haylee got up to the table grabbed her yogurt with her right hand and opened it with her left
hand. Grabbed her spoon with her right hand and began to eat her yogurt. Also with her left hand
she grabbed a couple crackers off the plate and said “Thank You”.

10:30am While lunch is cooking, we turn on dancing videos. Happy and You know it was on,
Haylee is clapping her right and left hand together and sing If your happy and you know it clap
your hands , she goes on to If your happy and you know it stomp your feet so she stomps her right
foot first and then her left foot. She really liked the song so we played it 2 more times.

3:40pm Haylee is at the sensory bin with sand and beads in it. Haylee picks up the green bucket
with her right hand and with her left hand she picks up the red shovel and starts to shovel sand
into her bucket once her bucket is full she dumps it out making a sand castle, she than picks up
the purple beads with left hand and puts them on top of the castle.

3:45pm Haylee opens the bathroom door with her right hand and walks into the bath room and
uses the toilet than Haylee grabs the step stool with her left hand and opens it up, begins to step
up on it right foot first, turns on the water with her right hand, and with her left hand she pumps 2
pumps of soap and begins to rub her hands together and then rinses them off. Grabs a paper towel
and dry’s her hands.

11:30am Haylee grabs the forks with her right hand off the counter and sets them around the
table. She walks back over to the counter and grabs the plates with her left hand and sets them on
the table in the right spots.
