a) Pending finalization of provisional seniority list of ASOs. The appointment is purely

temporary and on ad-hoc basis and the candidate promoted now is liable to be reverted as
Assistant Section Officer at any time without assigning any reasons thereof;

b) Subject to outcome of WP No:1908/2012 & WPMP No.20930 of 2016 in

before the courts and review of Seniority.

3 He should join the post of Section Officer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the
order. If he fails to join the post within the stipulated time or evade to join the post by
proceeding on leave, he shall lose his promotion right/offer for the panel year, in terms of rule 11
(b) of the A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, read with G.O. Ms. No. 145, G.A. (Ser. D) Dept,

Sri Y.Parameswaram, Assistant Section Officer, G.A. Department is temporarily appointed by transfer
on promotion to the post of Section Officer in the scale of pay of Rs. 37100-1030-39160-1110-42490-
1190- 46060-1270-49870-1360-53950-1460- 58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760- 73270-1880-78910-
2020-84970-2160- 91450 on ad-hoc basis, with usual allowances admissible under the rules in force
from time to time and he is posted to Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department in the
existing vacancy, with immediate effect.
2. The appointment ordered in Para (1) above is purely temporary without any prescriptive right
for claiming seniority and subject to the following conditions:
a) Pending finalization of provisional seniority list of ASOs. The appointment is purely
temporary and on ad-hoc basis and the candidate promoted now is liable to be reverted
as Assistant Section Officer at any time without assigning any reasons thereof;

b) Subject to outcome of WP No:1908/2012 & WPMP No.20930 of 2016 in W.P.No.16998 of

2016 and also other O.As/W.Ps/R.Ps/SLPs/C.As etc pending, if any, before the courts
and review of Seniority.

3. He should join the post of Section Officer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If he fails to join the post within the stipulated time or evade to join the post by proceeding on leave, he
shall lose his promotion right/offer for the panel year, in terms of rule 11 (b) of the A.P. State &
Subordinate Service Rules, read with G.O. Ms. No. 145, G.A. (Ser. D) Dept, dated: 15-6-2004.
4. The Departments concerned are requested to relieve the above Officer immediately so as to
enable him to join in the department posted. The Departments concerned are requested to intimate the
date of relief / joining of the individual to this Department for record.

In the reference 3rd cited, Sri T.K. Hari Krishna, has submitted that he was promoted as SO in

with his junior.
