Objectives
• To develop extended / additional features on the existing Native Android and IOS Mobile Apps along with development of
additional back-end modules in the existing Custom CMS. The new functionality will allow Dealers to login and fill warranty claim
forms using the Mobile Apps and Web Application along with providing them access to various Dealer Resources such New Products,
• To design the Mobile Apps with a state-of-art design which is modern, intuitive, appealing and consistent with existing branding style
• To provide a user friendly navigation for the Mobile Apps users which is simple, consistent and segregated making the browsing
experience comfortable
• To develop proactive notification system for the Dealers to be sent on Email, SMS and Mobile Apps keeping them updated about New
• To integrate the Mobile Apps with various 3rd Party Tools and Applications such as SMS Gateway, Email Gateway and SAP
• To test the Mobile Apps and the Backend for issues, bugs, vulnerabilities relating to Features, Functionality and User Experience as per
the finalized scope and resolve all issues found and deploy the Backend and Mobile Apps on Live Server and Google Play and Apple

• Register New Warranty Claim***
• Select OE Customer and Auto Lek Assy Part No. (These will be fetched form Custom CMS DB)
• Enter Identification Information (Chassis/Engine No, Date of Sale, Date of Failure, Mfg Month, Mileage or Hours Covered and
other details)
• Select Failure Mode – 60 Problems (These will be managed from Failure Mode Master to be developed in Custom CMS)
• Problem will not have any mapping with Part Number or Product Categories
• Enter Brief Description
• Upload Photos

• Labels / Packaging
• Upon successful Registration of Claim, Dealers will receive Notification on Registered Email ID
