INFORMATION

The undersigned Provincial Prosecutor, hereby accuses RICHARD SY,

RIC GO, JOHNNY BUCA and LITO BILLONES, a 17-year old minor, of
the crime of SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES, committed as follows:

That at dawn, on or about the 15th day of February, 2018, in the

Municipality of Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte, and within the jurisdiction
of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, conspiring, confederating
and mutually helping one another, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously attack, assault, box, maul and strike one PETER D. APILAN, with
pieces of stone, thereby inflicting upon him injuries which will require
medical attendance for more than thirty (30) days and have incapacitated him
from performing his customary work and labor for the same period of time.

CONTRARY TO LAW [Violation of Art 263 (4) of the Revised Penal

Code].
