Abstract
Now a days every school or college is facing some issues
regarding the time taken for time table preparation, taking
of attendance and buses arriving late and for those
problems there is an application below it solves those
solutions in easy manner. It contains automatic time table
creator and an face recognized attendance system and a bus
tracking system which is helpful for students to catch the
bus on time.
Student Module
1. Profile: The student profile is nothing but the bio data of
the student like details of student and his parents and the
fees dues.
2. Academics: The academics is nothing but the details of
the subject wise marks in all the internals and the externals.
3. Attendance: It is the details of the student daily data of
attending the classes.
4. Time table: It is the time table for the college and the
student need to select whatever class is he refers to. And
the time table will be displayed as per that class.
5. Bus: this the locations of the bus and there will be a
option to select the bus and after selecting it will be
displayed the specific bus details.
6. Book data: This contains the number of books and the
book details of every book.
Faculty Module
1. Students Data: This is the data of whole college
students and the data is like there attendance, fees and their
academic details.
2. Time table: This is automatic time table generator
which requires the faculty details, course details and
number of classes and it will automatically generates the
time table for all the classes without effecting the other
class.
3. Attendance: This contains a camera which is used to
take a snap of class students and it will automatically
makes image processing and gives attendance to the
presented students. There will be a manual overwrite option
also because some students are have permissions for the
specific class.
4. Bus: this the locations of the bus and there will be a
option to select the bus and after selecting it will be
displayed the specific bus details.
5. Book data: This contains the number of books and the
book details of every book.
Non-teaching Faculty Module:
1. Students Data: This is the data of whole college
students and the data is like there attendance, fees and their
academic details.
2. Fee Remainder: It is having some margins for fee dues
and after giving the margin the list shows the student
details having more fee dues than our given margin.
3. Absent message alert: It shows the list of the students
who are absent on the specific day and it asks for message
alert to their parents.
4. Bus: this the locations of the bus and there will be a
option to select the bus and after selecting it will be
displayed the specific bus details.
5. Book data: This contains the number of books and the
book details of every book.
Driver Module
1. Bus: The bus details in driver module will be different
than other modules in this the driver have to provide the
bus id for the passenger requirements.
Admin Module
1. Adding Member: This is the portal where the admin can
add the member of either faculty or a student using their
registered number of specific Id.
2. Adding Result: This is the portal where the admin gives
the results pdf and it will automatically classifies each
every student results and puts the result to every student
respected to their numbers.
3. Student data: This the data of whole college students
and the data is like there attendance, fees and their
academic details.
4. Faculty data: This the data of whole college Faculty and
the data is like there attendance, salary and their subjects
details.
5. Bus: The bus details in driver module will be different
than other modules in this the driver have to provide the
bus id for the passenger requirements.
6. Book data: This contains the number of books and the
book details of every book.

Library Module
1. Student data: This the data of whole college students
and the data is like there attendance, fees and their
academic details.

2. Faculty data: This the data of whole college Faculty and

the data is like there attendance, salary and their subjects
details.

3. Book data: This contains the number of books and the

book details of every book.

4. Book Issue: this is used to issue a book based on face

recognition of the student or faculty.

5. Book return: this is used to return a book based on face

recognition of the student or faculty.

Conclusion
It is an android application that is used for every campus to
automate their schedules in their colleges.
