process is designed to improve cognitive,
professional, physical and emotional facets of
the employees aiming at achieving performance
excellence required in all roles and functions of
an organization. Accordingly, the human
resources Management division of hec
endeavors to develop human resources that are
talented, motivated, committed and willing to
assume responsibility, inspire change, lead and
serve for hec from good to the greatest.
ADMINISTRATION SECTION

Administrative matters are deals in this


section transferring of fields offices salary
account from government funds in this section
is responsible for all the administration

schools then their salary is increased as per their
rules but not in the future if any mistake conduct
during their responsibilities or misbehave the
seniors then its facts on his career.
