1. This Office hereby annoulces the Assessment and Evaluation of applicants for
reclassification of Master Teacher I and III for Elementary and Junior High School, to wit:
2. The venue of the Assessment will be at Schools Division Office Ilagan Boardroom,
City of Ilagan, Isabela.
3. Interested applicants shall submit two (2) sets of photocopies of complete documents
with proper labelling/ear tabs strictly followed per criteriory failure to comply will automatically
disqualifr the said documents.
4. Applicants shall be evaluated according to credit points per criterion as per MEC Order
No. 10, s.l9T9,enumerated as:
4.l.Introduced any of the following which has been adopted or used by the
school or district (20 points);
4.2. Served as Subject Coordinator or Grade Level Chairman for at least one
year, or as Adviser of School Publication and not considered part of the
regular teaching load(12 points);
4.3.Served as Chairman of a Special Committee such as Curriculum Study
Committee to prepare Instructional Materials, Committee to Prepare
School Programs and discharged the work efficiently (12 points);
4.4.Initiated or headed an educational research duly approved by educational
authorities (12 points);
4.5. Coordinator of Community Project on activity or of a program of another
agency or coordinator of a rural service improvement activity in a
community such as feeding, nutrition, agro-industrial fair, and others, for
the least two years (12 points);
4.6. Organizedl managed as in-service activity or other similar activities at least
in the school level (12 points);
4.7. Credited with Meritorious Achievements (10 points);
4.8. Authorship (10 points); and
4.9. Demonstration Teaching.
5. This Office highly encourages all interested and qualified applicants, including persons
with disability, members of indigenous groups and communities, regardless of gender identity
and orientation to join the said assessment.
