PURPOSE
1. To create a payroll system for RSJR METALCRAFT.
2. To provide an efficient salary computation for the said business.
3. To provide a convenient way for the employees to record their working hours.

Purpose

Scope
The software system is a user friendly application that will provide a convenient process
to summarize the employees records. This software will facilitate the effective way of having
precise records of employees with its attendance in which the employees use to put manually in
the company’s old system. The software also contains the details of the employees working hours
where the salary will be based.
In Addition, the programming language that will be used to create the system is Java. In
the process of developing the software, programmers has limited time and budget to create the
software. This will allow the company to manage the employees work efficiency and avoid
erroneous informations.
