“Grades Viewing and Monitoring System”

3.0 Area of Investigation

The system to be developed will be used by the teachers and students of AMA

Computer College Fairview.

4.0 Reason for Choosing the Topic

The system is proposed because the students of AMA Computer College

cannot see their grades (e.g. 78, 98, 80) and grade point. They can only see their

Grade Input (e.g. A+, B-, C).

5.0 Importance of the Study

The proposed system’s main objective is to help the student see their overall

grades and to help them monitor it.

6.0 Target Users/Beneficiaries

The target beneficiaries will be both the teachers and the students of AMA

Computer College Fairview.

7.0 Similarities with the Previous Study/Project
A similar study by Lalas, G. named, “Developing a Grading and Monitoring

System: Towards an Effective Academic Evaluation”, 2014 has a similar

objective as with the proposed study.
