Problem
Present: Get SS Ready to discuss topic (activate back ground knowledge). Review language,
if needed. Teach new language.
Front Back
Practice: create a few (2 or 3) practice activities using the new language. Try to increase
STT and decrease TTT. Remember SS interactions very important.
Produce: production activities give students the opportunity to use the new vocabulary on
their own to contrast new dialogues and conversations.
