9-11 am (8:30 Registration) Westwood H.S.
WHO?
Any elementary student (K-5)
SCHEDULE:
8:30 - 9:00: Registration
9:00 - 11:00, clinic participants will spend time with WHS Track athletes in:
Warm-up and Stretching Relays Starting Blocks Throws
Sprinting Long Jump Plyometric Training High Jump
They will also demonstrate and teach your children through various activities and cheer them on as they get a chance to put their
learning to work in fun races. Certificates and medals will be given upon completion. Parents do not need to stay, but we ask that you
return by 10:45 to pick up your child.

Registration fees:
$20 for pre-registration (by January 27th, 2020).
$25 for on-site registration on day of event
***Credit Cards can be used the day of the clinic for on-site registration.

*This is a fundraiser benefiting the Westwood Track & Field team. Proceeds will go towards the end of season banquet,
uniforms,equipment, team meals, etc....
