SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

thereafter to sign for us and in our name the Deed of Sale and convey ownership

2. To receive the Letter of Guaranty issued by the Pag-IBIG Fund; and, pursuant
thereto, to receive the check representing said loan proceeds;
3. To have the loan proceeds and/or any payment thru check or otherwise be named

4. To transact, sign, execute, deliver such deeds, contracts agreements,
acknowledgments, and such other related documents and to receive, withdraw, and
collect monies/ check proceeds in the name of my Attorney-in-fact pertaining to the
sale of the property herein mentioned as may be necessary in order to execute his
purpose;
5. To perform other acts and submit other documents that the seller is required to
perform or submit in relation to the housing loan of the buyer.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or convenient, in connection with
any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do, if personally present
and acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-
Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
