2 Troubleshooting
PROBLEM: The screen does not turns on.
The cable connecting to computer may be unplugged or not connected properly
The machine is not connected to power supply
Check your connections and try again
PROBLEM: The left or right side of the screen has no touch sensibility
Run a Paint test with your fingers in order to see which side does not have the touch
capability. You should cover the four corners of the screen and both sides.
If your test cannot cover all points, run the Standard Calibration procedure and try
again.
If that does not solve your problem, go to Control Panel > Tablet PC Settings
